“Never had problems with this cricket but the other one near Junior's Supermarket..i went at 2 pm and i was gonna pay with Bill's of 100 she didn't want to sell me anything because they supposedly weren't accepting Bill's of 100??? My payment was 180$ exactly.... I'm pretty sure they had 20& in their box to return change”

“Joel & his staff always did a great job installing my sons system & mine. Aside from normal installations he can do custom work as well & he also installed my sons new cat eye lenses, led fuse & all the led bulbs (headlights, clearance lights, backup lights). He’s been in the business for decades so he has a great ear for sound systems. If you ever want a great system you can always stop to ask him what would work best for your vehicle if you’re in a budget or not. He’s very honest, reliable & has better prices than anyone else.”

“Took my father to inquire about an upgrade at this store. He had been adv at a different Cricket location, he visited alone, that he would need to open a new line with a new number to get a discount on a mobile device; so not the case. Really glad we stopped by this location. Both employees were very friendly and knowledgeable. We were able to get him a new smart phone at much less than anticipated. Saving money is crucial nowadays. I would recommend you visit this location whether you are a new or previous cricket wireless subscriber.”
“went in a 2 weeks ago and some gentleman helped me get 2 phone lines with a new Iphone switching from cricket. He added another line with a tablet WITHOUT my consent. I called Customer service to cancel the line and tablet I never requested and they said it was cancelled. I go in the next day and talk to someone at T-Mobile the same gentleman that set us up with everything. But to my surprise he saw me and went and stayed in the back, and another agent with attitude helped me out, I wouldn't even say helped cause they made everything worse. I've been a customer for 7+ years and this is the first time this has happened, but it's cool I guess y'all don't gaf about customer service, I kept my cool and just went about my day hoping y'all see this and I don't if y'all think it's okay to add a line and tablet without my permission and then have the audacity to charge me all that extra stuff, which I PAID, because I'm an adult and responsible. Can't say the same for your damn company. Loved y'all up until now. Calling corporate too cause that store was horrible and very unprofessional. UPDATE: THANK YOU AMANDA, YOU WERE VERY HELPFUL AND ASSISTED FULLY WITH WHAT I NEEDED DONE IN A VERY QUICK FASHION. YOU JUST CHANGED MY MIND ABOUT TMOBILE, I LOVE IT AND I THANK YOU YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP, THATS WHAT I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! THANK YOU AMANDA!!!!! They sell freshly made tacos and other plates inside. They also have fruit and other healthy options. Customer service is good and restrooms are clean and working.”
