“Store Manager Tracy was very helpful on helping me and my son locate his GooJitZu toy that he brought in to Target. Took my son to the RR and I told the young lady that I was leaving my shopping cart here in the customer service area. As we walked out of the RR we noticed his toy was missing from the shopping cart. Thankfully Tracy the store manager showed me a video of the little boy grabbing it from our shopping cart, dad told him to put it back and they had left it in the card area. Again thank you to the manager, Tracy for helping us find my son’s toy.”
“Was very happy with our service the day that my mom and I went in. We were quickly greeted and asked what we were going in for and were able to get help after a while (it was packed but at least they kept tabs on the people waiting). Elizabeth was the lady that helped us and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND her as she was able to help us with what we needed and she even went above and beyond to help us switch from our old phones to our new ones right there and then and she even put on the protector screen and phone cases on our phones. Apart from such great service she was kind enough to elaborate on any questions that my mom and I had and even translated everything in Spanish for my mom so I really appreciated everything she did for us that day (12-24-25). “Well I unfortunately had to come here to get an ignition interlock / breathalyzer on my car but still wanted to write a review about the experience. This is already an embarrassing and humiliating thing to have to do but Homer did not make me feel that way. He was so NICE to me about it. When he took the time to show me how to use it, he was patient and encouraging. He even laughed at my jokes when I tried to find humor in it. There is just something to be said about someone who would do that so it was appreciated. Even when I panicked while driving because I couldn’t get it to work, when I called he was again, so nice and encouraging. Coaching me on how to just calm down and get home, calm down and then try it again. So again, I appreciated not being treated like a loser. 🤣
About the business setting: There is a very small waiting room with a TV. So if you need to go there, but you don’t want to leave your vehicle, you can wait. Also for a shop, it was very clean. Now I didn’t go to the bathroom, but it was still very clean. And apparently he knows audio. I saw so many trophies from past events that I can only assume he is very good at what he does when it comes to that. And looking at the list of services, he also accommodates anything audio, stereo, alarms, window tint and etc. so if you need those sorts of things, he can do that.
Language: Also, I believe that he also speaks Spanish so he can accommodate that. But I was more worried about English because this is a 90% Mexican community and I’ve had challenges finding folks that speak English. His English was excellent so he was able to communicate well with me, which is a huge bonus.
Location: The only issue I had was how to get there. Now it could be because I am new to this area and I fully relied on maps, but it took me a very weird way all through a neighborhood to get to that service road. Again, it could be because of where I live, but don’t freak out if maps takes you through a neighborhood. It will end up taking you back out on the service road, which is where his shop is.”
“From what I understood, this place is locally owned, operated and family run. And lemme tell you, this family does an amazing job at running it! The selection of brand new stuff is more than enough! I bought a new MacBook, Airpods and a tablet. All the stuff is sealed in manufacture packaging and ready to go! The customer service is on point! There wasn't a time when someone didn't answer my calls or texts. And friendly as heck to top it off! There's no question that I will be giving them more of my business and bringing my family and friends as well! If you're looking for quality products and customer service, then I HIGHLY recommend you come pay a visit! You won't regret it.”
