“From what I understood, this place is locally owned, operated and family run. And lemme tell you, this family does an amazing job at running it! The selection of brand new stuff is more than enough! I bought a new MacBook, Airpods and a tablet. All the stuff is sealed in manufacture packaging and ready to go! The customer service is on point! There wasn't a time when someone didn't answer my calls or texts. And friendly as heck to top it off! There's no question that I will be giving them more of my business and bringing my family and friends as well! If you're looking for quality products and customer service, then I HIGHLY recommend you come pay a visit! You won't regret it.”

“I was considering upgrading from my Android to an iPhone but felt unsure about making the switch. Amaday at Metro stepped in to help. She patiently explained the features of the iPhone 14 , highlighting its camera capabilities, user interface, and app ecosystem. She also assisted me in transferring my data seamlessly from my Android device. Thanks to her expertise and support, I'm now enjoying my iPhone 14 and loving the new experience it offers!”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Stars I had an amazing experience at metro T mobile. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish, and I especially want to highlight Andrea who helped me. She was patient, kind, and really took her time to explain everything clearly. She made sure I got exactly what I needed and made the whole process super easy and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about helping customers, but she absolutely did. Thank you for the great service Andrea, metro definitely gained my loyalty thanks to her!”

“Well I unfortunately had to come here to get an ignition interlock / breathalyzer on my car but still wanted to write a review about the experience. This is already an embarrassing and humiliating thing to have to do but Homer did not make me feel that way. He was so NICE to me about it. When he took the time to show me how to use it, he was patient and encouraging. He even laughed at my jokes when I tried to find humor in it. There is just something to be said about someone who would do that so it was appreciated. Even when I panicked while driving because I couldn’t get it to work, when I called he was again, so nice and encouraging. Coaching me on how to just calm down and get home, calm down and then try it again. So again, I appreciated not being treated like a loser. 🤣 About the business setting: There is a very small waiting room with a TV. So if you need to go there, but you don’t want to leave your vehicle, you can wait. Also for a shop, it was very clean. Now I didn’t go to the bathroom, but it was still very clean. And apparently he knows audio. I saw so many trophies from past events that I can only assume he is very good at what he does when it comes to that. And looking at the list of services, he also accommodates anything audio, stereo, alarms, window tint and etc. so if you need those sorts of things, he can do that. Language: Also, I believe that he also speaks Spanish so he can accommodate that. But I was more worried about English because this is a 90% Mexican community and I’ve had challenges finding folks that speak English. His English was excellent so he was able to communicate well with me, which is a huge bonus. Location: The only issue I had was how to get there. Now it could be because I am new to this area and I fully relied on maps, but it took me a very weird way all through a neighborhood to get to that service road. Again, it could be because of where I live, but don’t freak out if maps takes you through a neighborhood. It will end up taking you back out on the service road, which is where his shop is.”

“Good experience. They didn't have the phone I wanted so they contacted the next store over and they had it. I've been with Cricket over 10 years with no problems. I worked in the oil fields for 8 years and cricket always had service out in the boonies. When all the others failed I still had service and broadband..”
