“We loved our stay at Alamo Inn!! Keith and Eric were exceptionally kind and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Keith also provided us with information about area activities. We were there to see butterflies, birds, and everything else nature-related, and he gave excellent advice on where to go, what time of day, etc. The 24/7 self-serve breakfast/lunch area was so helpful to us during our stay, and we enjoyed the options! We also appreciated the guest laundry. We look forward to staying there again in the future. Thank you, Alamo Inn!!”

“Good stay
Some supplies in room were low or missing but we asked for more soap and TP and the staff gladly provided. Marisa at the front desk was very nice and helpful.”

“I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this location. It's been several years since I've chosen to stay in a Best Western.
Location was central to everything, check-in staff was friendly & efficient; I even got a little goody bag for being a preferred member. Room was clean & in good repair. Bar staff was friendly & attentive. I will definitely stay here again when in the area.”

“I would've rate it a 5 star but it happens to be your bar lounge was closed of all of days I choose to stay here, hopefully next time I come back it will be open but other than that everything was great.”
“Great stay on multiple occasions. The staff is extremely friendly. Free laundry is a bonus. Great location close to lots of restaurants and stuff in mcallen
Rooms: Good long term stay rooms. Full size fridge. Small TV for the room size
Nearby activities: Restaurants, golf course adjacent. Very near the airport and the Plaza mall.
Walkability: Pretty walkable as far as texas goes, but not like "urban walkable"”

“GREAT location - a short walk across the parking lot to the hospital (about 50 yards) - closest of any nearby hotel. Huge parking lot that can easily handle any size RV, truck, van or handicap vehicle. Very understanding/kind Front Desk that will allow you to remain parked in their lot after check-out if you're waiting for your loved-one to be released from the hospital. Rooms are very clean and quiet. Restaurants close by and within walking distance. Perfect location if using the hospital. Easy to find with nearby on/off ramps.”
“Overall clean and friendly staff.
Only down side no fridge or microwave in the rooms.
Also was told that the website mentioned the elevator was not working, which it did not, so I had my parents walking to the 3rd floor. They need to have better notification to guests prior to check in in these events”
“I stayed with family about a week ago, I had a great experience with the staff. Marcos from the front desk made our stay awesome! He helped us out with everything we needed.”

“We stayed there last night, and our room was a pretty decent size loved it clean and everything was well kept .has a pool and very good breakfast bacon egg toast and beans and salsa.”
“We stayed here because we got a new pet dog. None of our usual hotels accept pets so we chose this place since they are pet friendly. The room we stayed in was nice and clean. Room service is only every 3 days so that was a bummer but not a deal breaker. Walmart and HEB are close. Bunch of restaurants are also close by.”
“Studio 6 is a Nice Peaceful Place The Staff is Excellent Espicially Izzy and Mario ...definitely a Good Place , Price is Affordable and Close Walking Distance too Malls and Golf Course 😊✌”

“The receptionist on the night shift was very friendly, the guy on the early shift was very helpful in trying to get a taxi for me, and when he couldn't get the service for me to be at the headquarters on time, he took me himself so that there would be no setbacks. Excellent staff, and the room clean, with everything you need to rest that night.”

“We had to stay here in an emergency situation and I was skeptical because of the price. I was pleasantly surprised with a nice updated room. The staff was kind and helpful. Everything was clean and we were able to get a good nights rest.”
