“This staff was so amazing, shout out to Thomas and Sergio, they helped me in my crisis! I drove to Mcallen all the from Los Fresnos to get my fingerprinting done. The last UPS store was unable to help me get them done so in a desperate effort I drove to S 10th to see if they could help me and they did! They went above and beyond to get this task done and I’m so grateful! They were the only two working and they were still so attentive when they got busy. Great branch!!!”

“Picked up a bike over the weekend at this location 6/29/2024. Staff were friendly and thorough in checking ID to ensure the correct person was picking it up. The box was pretty beat up even though it was marked as fragile but ultimately the contents seem fine and I wouldn't be able to say where the improper handling occurred. UPS customer service said this location was not open on Saturday, but it is as the google description shows.”

“I have been with them since October 2023and I really like the fast, friendly service and above all the organization they have, I also like that they have a system, they notify you when a package arrives and also if the situation happens that a package did not arrive there, it is recovered (whether because of those who deliver the packages) but yes, I highly RECOMMEND this place, especially because I have had the bad experience that I have hired other services and it is the worst!IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A RELIABLE AND SAFE PLACE FOR YOUR PACKAGES/MERCHANDISE THIS IS THE PLACE!!!!!!”
