“I have called staff they are very helpful in answering all questions, they told me they accept cash, which I loved them saying this upfront because it gave me an opportunity to be prepared with cash.
Staff is so nice! I highly recommend this place. I went here and loved it. Honestly highly recommend it for lab services if you are paying cash and not using insurance. There was no one as a patient there so I was helped as I walked in the door. The woman was so nice and fast. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes!”

“Had a great experience. Got there about 8:30am. They got me in within a few minutes and I was done within 20 minutes of my arrival. They promised me I would receive my results next day and it arrived late next day as promised. They followed up with a call to confirm I received my results. It is a small place with only one nurse and one receptionist. They were very courteous and the nurse was funny. I didn’t even feel the needle. Thank you! I will be back again.”

“we had a bad experience the first time because my daughter is autisic and got scared so we had to hold her down, i felt so bad i started crying w her. Had to go a 2nd time for blood work and I feared it will happen again, we got
Mr. Jose Felix and he literally took the time and had the patience to talk to my daughter, explain to her the process, show her all the items he was going to use, closed the door so all the noise wouldn't bother her to keep her calm. She sat in the chair scared but trusted him to do what he gotta do. We were in and out in 5 mins! So quick and on the first try got the vein.

“As a patient, fairly short wait times and nurses and doctors there working expeditiously, it's a big plus. RGV Urgent Care took care of me and mitigated my pain management. They also work with the VA and way closer to where I live. You guys rock!”
