I get here every time stuff never ready this is not a fcfs spot this place is how they want you or if your there friend got here at 10:50 am give me a door around 5 pm still at the door they haven’t started yet but they finished the guy next to me that got here like 30mins ago

This is our dedicated route and every time we check in we have a very good experience with everyone we come in contact with. Roman's customer skills are excellent. I have nothing bad to say about my experience at Smart cold. The young lady at the first window is always helpful as well.
