“We just had our baby shower here on the lake front Dining hall on October 21st and it was the most beautiful venue ever. The views of the lake from the patio all day and especially during/after sunset were amazing. We are going to be doing all our big events here going forward. Jennifer was so helpful, flexible and communicative throughout the whole process. The only downside is the distance/drive because it is a bit far from most cities in DFW but it is worth it once you get there. Cannot say enough about it. Highly recommend!”

“Beautiful venue. Attended a wedding here and the chapel was perfect. Beautiful lighting and plenty of room for both small and large receptions. The ball room was spacious and the catering staff and chefs put together a great dinner for everyone. Would recommend this location for any event.”

“Bella Cavalli is an absolutely stunning venue…130 acres with lakeside views, tree groves, meadows, animal farm and a carriage house thoughtfully constructed specifically for wedding celebrations. Once we toured this beautiful estate, we did not have eyes for any other venue….it was that magical!But beyond the beauty of the property, it was Joni and her staff at Bella Cavalli that really made the difference. Whereas many of the other venues we toured were restrictive and only allowed their own caterers or wedding planners (or they assessed exorbitant up-charges), Joni, allowed us, in most cases, to choose our own vendors (security and bar vendors were understandably the exception). This was important to us because ours was a multi-day Hindu/Gujarati wedding with four separate and unique events and we needed specialized vendors. The BC team had a can do attitude when it came to requests unique to our celebrations.The actual days of the celebrations were glorious. We had a party of close to 200 guests, but even so, the venue had an intimate vibe. The first night all the garage doors were open and the food and bar was served on the patio. Some of the highlights beyond the ceremonies and the food, were the family dances performed inside the carriage house, the alpaca photo opportunities and the petting zoo, especially for all the kids in attendance. Mother nature gave us many blessings of lots of rain the second day so last minute adjustments were made to move the wedding underneath the patio and the food for the reception indoors. “I hosted my college sorority’s spring semi-formal at Red Barn and it was the best experience! Summer was so helpful when I was figuring out the details of how to execute this event! So grateful for her.? It is a beautiful venue with lots of photo op’s! All of my guests had the best night. I have to mention, John, an employee of Red Barn was there during the event to help and just make sure everything went smoothly. Let me say that he was SO helpful. I think he noticed I was running around like a chicken with its head cut off ? he kindly offered to help serve our catered food which he did not need to do but was so appreciated!

All tables and chairs were set up and taken down for us. Red Barn made my first year as my sororities event planner so easy! I will definitely recommend them to others.”

“INCREDIBLE is an understatement. My 14-yr-old daughter agreed to let me surprise her. Seeing animals and riding a camel before brunch even started - she was already in her happy place. Meeting Baby Yoda...she was in orbit. Brunch and the top-shelf way it was presented...afterburners. Little did she know she didn't have a clue as to the magnitude of the rest of it. Houston, we have lift-off...

Donkey Kong, Sir Winston, Puzzle, LuLu Love, and on and on and on...she's still floating blissfully in a totally different and totally happy universe days later (Chef's super-charged crazy cotton-candy cocktail concoction may have accounted for the first 37 hours...). Kristin and her team took an incredible kid and made her...more incredibler. Looking at the pictures and video snippets we took still chokes me up. She still goes insane telling others about the experience. Wow...you live for moments like this.

This is a one-of-a-kind experience, people. It's almost certain this will be a lifetime memory. If my daughter ever runs away (which she won't...), I'll always know exactly where to find her, ha-ha! It's one of a kind, but it won't be just once in a lifetime!

...and it bears mention - the love and care for the animals is unsurpassed. They seem to like hangin' with the peeps as much as the peeps like hangin' with them (ask the lemurs...).

Thanks again for an EPIC experience. I've already told my best friend he's gotta take his wife to Oak Meadow Ranch and Whitehorse Steakhouse. As for me, major "Dad Points" and a front-row seat to one of the most joyous experiences in my daughter's life. And I had a blast being a part of it myself, too.

With our now odd combination of Maine and Texas roots, this gets our highest rating of "wicked good, y'all!"”
