They were helpful with my fathernlaw truck. His clutch went out and wasn’t covered under warranty so they didn’t touch and just made him pay for the tow and no storage fee which helped out a lot

My truck was hit while parked on the street. 3R made it look like nothing happened. They even buffed out some scratches from my dog and cleaned it for me.
