“I just had the hybrid battery on my 2013 Lexus ES300H replaced by Hometown Hybrids. I live near Houston and John came out to my house to do the battery swap. He let me know around what time he'd be coming, and then texted when he was on his way to give an exact ETA. Upon arriving he explained what he was going to do and then got to work...it took him less than an hour start to finish. He replaced my old dying battery with a new Toyota OEM replacement that cost me $3,400 (I believe a refurbished battery would have cost me $2,600, but as I'd like to get another 12 years out of my car, I feel the extra money was more than worth it.) FYI - Toyota wanted $8,000 to replace the battery, so $3,400 seems like a real bargain. Hopefully I won't ever have to, but I'd definitely use these guys again and will happily recommend them to anyone who'll listen. Thanks again, John!”

When I first called, I spoke with Stephan, who was fantastic, quick with an estimate and great about keeping me updated. What I especially appreciated was that after our initial call, he followed up by text, which made communication so much easier.

“Aiden was amazing! I left work after a long 12 hour shift to find that I was having car trouble. I pulled in to the autozone in Magnolia on a Friday night at 8:45pm, thinking they closed at 9pm and prepared to beg for help. Fyi, they are open until 10pm. Aiden came to my rescue and helped a slightly frantic lady by running the diagnostic test on my truck. He then eased my mind by telling me it was something simple, such as a spark plug! “I was on the way back from Lake Conroe, when the shifter pole on my Harley E Glide became loose and I wasn’t able to shift down from 4th gear: I made it to roll to Advanced auto parts and wanted to buy tools. John who works in there and is also biker showed up and went with me outside to see what the problem was. He went back inside was handing me the required tools and helped me to fix it. “What an amazing experience!!! My daughter and I went to a different auto parts store (not Napa) in Tomball to get wiper blades. The store we went to gave us the wrong blade for her car (we did ask for them to help us find the correct ones). The customer service at this unnamed store was awful. We returned the wrong blades and drove to Napa. The customer service at Napa was amazing! The guy at the register helped us find the correct blades and he installed them for us. Very helpful and super professional. Thank you Napa! I won’t go anywhere else but Napa for auto parts.”
