“I was just in DollarTree store#8255 9511 FM1488. I was looking for oyster crackers & the store worker assisted me by letting me know they were out of stock. I then noticed the store worker opening a new box to put items on shelves, she noticed the date on the items had expired 01/30/2026. I saw her expression.She began to explain to me what happened. They had just recvd this shipment 01/24/2026. I let her know (Janice) that I was extremely appreciative of her being so thorough because some people don't even look at the dates. Thank you, JANICE for being a trusted employee”

“This store is alright, I come here to pick up small things just in case I need something quickly. I don't treat this store like major places like Walmart or HEB. I treat it as a necessity to get something good for food emergencies or socks, snacks for just to kick back and relax, or just save the trip if gas gets too expensive. I don't like to nitpick everything. I just shop for what they have and if not, it is okay. The staff is friendly and they do their best to keep up with our needs.”
“Staff is nice but don't get upset with them only having 1 register open. They don't get paid enough be patient ?The Corp needs to update the registers like wow the employees were struggling to see the screen it's like waist/stomach level. The workers are making the company the money atleast give them the best tools to do so”

“The store is much larger than it appears from outside with a wide variety of products.
The staff is great. While buying some decorations for a birthday, Tom jumped right in to help fill out balloons. While talking, we found out it was his day off. He had just stopped by the store and saw it was busy so he pitched in to help. Off the clock, just to help his team.
Tom is an example of a great team member and terrific customer service.”
