This CVS receives mixed reviews regarding customer service. Some staff members are noted as very helpful, friendly, and going above and beyond to assist customers in finding items. Their attentiveness to safety and great personality are appreciated. However, other experiences are negative, citing a very rude pharmacist and an automated phone system that frustrates customers who wish to speak to someone directly. The service quality appears to depend significantly on which employee is encountered.
Had a wonderful experience. The associate Amanda was really helpful in assisting me and helping me find whst I was looking or. Her customer service is awesome. She greeted me as I walked in, conversated with me during transaction and helpful in all ways.
