As a Plainview native I have enjoyed shopping in this store in the past for many years BUT, If I could give this store zero stars I would! What happened to CVS?? This store is a cluttered and disorganized mess!!! Not to mention the staff is unhelpful. Not sure what happened to taking pride in your work but this store obviously doesn’t know the meaning. The goodwill next door is in better shape then this cvs is, it’s just a shame that this is the best you can offer your community and customers. Does anyone know who is managing this store or if anyone is managing it??

I was able to find CVS on Google no problem but when I called the pharmacist was very very rude to me and hung up on me. I know everyone works short handed and are stressed but the customer should be treated with respect and polite. I

Came in the store around 1:30 & I seen 2 African American people making threats to an African American employee. The employee seemed confused and stayed behind the counter. There was no manager to help around her so I left quickly & will never come back. I had the worst experience & someone needs to be held accountable for the violence.

On 5/25/23 my sister & I witnessed 2 people making threats & cursing at one of sweetest employees there. She’s an African American girl there and she did the right thing by staying behind the register & the manager there did nothing about the situation. We left the store and will drive to Lubbock before we return. The store manager should be a shamed for allowing them to treat her as such & running such a violent store !

Sonia is one of the best employees she always helpes me find what I need and very friendly!! Would definitely be coming back just because of her service that she provides the other girls need to be just like her!!!

Was in the ER all night, picked this pharmacy because it said they open at 8am, only to get here and find out it opens at 12. ( for them to only open up late). I Was the first one in line to be told they "have not received my prescription." Got the paper work out of my truck to show them that it was verified they did receive it. Now over an hour later. I sit and watch people get Covid shots and the disappointment on others face. They also show online to close at 10pm, which in fact the sign show 6pm in the store. I could have literally drove the 8 hours back home and had the medicine faster.

CVS cashiers in the front department need to be retrained in what their duties are! They also need to be made aware of the registers functions! So they can manage the cutomers needs!

This says they offer curbside pickups. But when I called to find out how to schedule one, they told me they don’t offer curbside pickups.

If their photo machines are not working at all, there should be some notification either when you place your order, or by email. Instead I got a confirmation email that said prints would be ready in an hour.This was my first photo experience with CVS and probably my last.
