I absolutely love Advantage Storage in Plano. Not only for the convenience in location, the cleanliness of the facility but for the property managers Don and Renee. I have been in Plano 15+ years and each time I move or have storage needs I come right back to Advantage Storage. You don’t find customer service like this much anymore. I 1000% recommend this location for all of your storage needs. You can thank me later.

Fantastic storage company! They are so willing to work with you and explain the situation. I even explained I was coming home from a deployment and they gave me a little discount! How sweet of them. Super clean and safe storage units. Wished they were located where am moving to!

Amazing service with an easy-to-use website. I was able to reserve a unit before coming into the store. Most paperwork was easily done online and I was able to purchase a lock on-site. Instructions are sent by email and the gentleman at the front desk is so friendly and personable! Thank you for the great experience.

Amazing experience all around, highly recommend. Wonderful people, super helpful. Clean facilities, well maintained, easy access. Process from start to finish to get setup and move out was easy, quick, and efficient. Moving things can be stressful- but they made it easy.

We recently moved to the Plano area. Our home was not going to be ready for sometime. We had to store a great deal of our belongings. We went to several properties and decided on this property. The managers (Renee and Don) were so helpful. They took us on a tour and we chose our storage unit. You could tell that they cared about their work and it was not just a job to them. We also liked that they live on the property. They have a lot of security cameras also. The property is very clean and well maintained. It was an easy choice for us. We met the assistant manager (Bill) since moving in. He is the same type of person as the managers. We feel very secure in our choice of a storage property. We would highly recommend this property.
