Rooms were moldy and smelled like sour milk. Toilet seat too small for the rim. No hooks in bathroom. Rattling pipes. Holiday Inn is going downhill in quality.

Good value for money. Very well maintained rooms. Helpful and polite staffs. Daily cleaning. Good breakfast. Everything just a block away.
Rooms: Room was big and spacious. Bathroom was very clean. Enough ports and plugin points to charge laptops and other devices. Wardrobe to keep clothes.
Nearby activities: Kroger and Tom Thumb. Multiple restaurants. Bank of America outlet. Salons.
Safety: Very safe. Police Patrolling almost everyday.
Walkability: Very walkable. Everything nearby. One or two blocks away. On the same or opposite side of the road.
Food & drinks: Ample options. All type - Indian, Chinese, Japanese, wraps and burgers, McDonald’s, Subway, Mexican, and many more.
Noteworthy details: Very safe and secure. Nicely maintained property. Courteous staffs. Everything at a walking distance.

Great hotel! Free breakfast, free parking, EV charging, laundry facilities washer & dryer, small meeting room, computer and printer available, small pool and gym. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

The front desk lady (Cynthia) is the worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time. I made a reservation online to accommodate a business trip for a fellow coworker who is there for the weekend covering Concacaf Nations League. At the time of the check-in it was a hassle because in order to accept the reservation I had to fill out a credit card authorization form on behalf of the guest. I told Cynthia to send me the necessary paperwork and she said the person in charge only worked M-F. Very unprofessional and aggressive on the phone.

Nice quiet hotel. The location was in a neighborhood with medical buildings nestled around it on a pretty quiet street. We had a spacious 2 queen bed room that was clean and had a lot of space on the bathroom counter and in bedroom with counters and closet. We had a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. We couldn’t get the room ac to do anything…apparently the thermostat was across the room on a wall that we didn’t see.
Breakfast was great-gf bagels and muffins (!), fruit, oatmeal, grits, pancakes, cereal, eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, decaf and hot water. The housekeeping staff was really friendly!
This morning we realized just a block down was a mall with an H& M.
On the other side of hwy (you could technically walk if you wanted) were all kinds of food, starbucks and Movie theater. It was close to Legacy West shopping and food too. I would definitely stay here again. If you are looking for a longer term place for work etc, this room had a lot of space and hooks and storage.

Hold on to your valuables. When we realized that we had left my husband new all weather jacket, my blouse & husband shirt, we called as soon as we got home which was 6 hrs from time we left. Front desk checked lost & found. It was not there. We were told to talk to house cleaning manager. We called the next day and the house cleaning manager claimed we never left it and was very hateful. We talk to manager and he said he would look into it. After giving the manager plenty time to find our clothes, We called & he told us to report it to Plano police. We will!

The rooms were great. They were so big! The staff were friendly and answered all ours questions and attended to our needs. The breakfast was delicious and more than filling. Would definitely recommend this place.
One thing I would add: the showers don’t have a fan, though this is a small price to pay for an excellent hotel.
Rooms: Very big and spacious.
Food & drinks: Delicious and has large servings.

First room had crickets. Hotel staff were quick to move me to a new room. The new room was comfortable except for broken tile in the bathroom (floor). Bathroom exhaust fan needed filter replacement. Beds were comfortable. Good working station (desk, lamp, chair..) provided in every room. Hotel needs some renovations. Staff are professional and accommodating. Plenty of parking.

Horrible room, terrible service. Heater started smoking, around 11:00 PM. filled the room with toxic smelling smoke. We were offered as lesser room and a bag of chips for our inconvenience. We unpacked after a long day of travel, turned the heat on and toxic smelling smoke started filling the room, and the smoke alarm went off.The phone didn’t work to call front desk. Had to put on clothes and wait to talk to someone. They offered us another room and said to grab something out of the pantry for our inconvenience.Went to check out the next room, was for hearing impaired and sub-par to what we booked. It was smaller adjoining room with , less accommodations and you could hear every word of the conversation of the people next door. And it smelled.Went back downstairs to complain and no one was at the front desk.It’s almost midnight and the person hasn’t come back to the front desk yet. Sitting in a smoke filled room and I have asthma.The person didn’t come back to the desk because she was dealing with her children who played in the lobby the whole time we were trying to get this resolved.She said there’s nothing she can do because we booked through Expedia.Don’t stay here, you could be putting your health at risk.

This was a nice hotel the staff was friendly. The rooms were clean. Free parking and breakfast. A lot of places with shop and a lot of restaurants within walking distance. Appreciated the compliment toothpaste, toothbrush, razor, and shaving cream if you forget it. Also the dove products in the restrooms

Our room is very clean, but I do have a couple of concerns. First is they are not very sound resistant. There were people talking in the hall last night for over an hour and I understood every word. This was a problem because we needed to be up at 5:30am.Second there are loose tiles in room 206 in the floor. My daughter has some stability issues and we were concerned about the liability they pose. We are staying here to get images made at the hospital and to see a neurosurgeon, so I find this a bit haphazard when it comes to the guests.The toilet seat is too short for the long toilet and needs to be replaced with the appropriate size. The toilet is also too low. I am a short person and found the height and issue. My daughter with stability issues really had a problem with the height of the toilet.That being said. I appreciate the cleanliness of the room. The beds are comfortable, the AC works almost too well.The complimentary breakfast is very much appreciated. They even have gluten free options which my daughter highly appreciated.I enjoyed coffee, orange juice, toast with cream cheese and bacon. We arrived a bit early because we had to be at the hospital so early and we're still able to eat a little something. My daughter got a gluten free blueberry muffin, coffee and apple juice.The staff has been super friendly, and for those needing a longer stay, they have washer and dryers on the floors and soap for them down stairs in the lobby. I thought that was very useful information to know.Anyway, overall, a good stay.

The hotel could use some updating. The toilet seat was too small for the toilet. Sheets had stains on them. The housekeepers were talking very loud in the hallway & kept slamming the door with the latch in it. Wasn't getting any rest with that noise. Let the front desk know but it still continued. Reward members are supposed to be able to get a 2pm check out but that's not happening at this location. The manager was not very nice about it.
