“My outdoor kitchen water pipe busted due to the extreme winter we had. I called Roto-Rooter to come out. I had a time between 9am-1pm. They should up at 3pm. After assessing the issue, they provided me a quote of $575. I approved it and he said he needed a part and would be back. They came back about 45 mins later and than told me that the part wouldn't work. To make matters worst, he informed me that the initial price would now be $1074. I went to Lowe's and the plumbing technician guy "Austin" walked me through how to repair the issue. $50 dollars and 25 minutes later, my pipes were fixed.”

“This is my neighborhood Lowe's. I wanted to say that it's always been a great experience coming to this location but one employee that really went above and beyond was Norman. I was having a hard time getting air in my tire and Norman happened to walk by, noticed, and offered to help. He proceeded to help me get some air into all my tires and let me know that the pressure gage was broken and so would not know the amount of tire air pressure in each tire. He then offered and walked quite far to his car to get his tire gage and helped me measure and get air in my tires. He was a lifesaver as my hubby was out of town and my friend and I were totally confused. Thanks goodness for Norman who went out of his way to help! What an exceptional associate!”
“I came by my neighborhood Lowe's to return three plants that died on me. I was helped by Kyle at the customer service desk and he tried to help me out but since I misplaced my receipt it was hard to find the items. He then asked for Nathan's help. Nathan really took the time as well to help me out and we were able to find the exact date of my purchase and was able to do the exchange for me. Nathan and Kyle are wonderful employees. They really took the time to help me out, sincerely wanted to help me out even without my receipt. I highly recommend this Lowe's.”
