“Best place to buy Mixers, Brick Saws, and personal masonry tools. Not to mention mortar mix and stucco supplies. The staff at the front counter are an awesome group of guys to deal with.”
“They are very professional. When everything goes ideally it is easy for a company to look good. It is when something goes wrong it is how a company deals with it. We had a machine break and they handled it beyond expectations.”
“Extremely friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help. Even though I was unable to make the purchase today they did everything they could to help me. I will certainly be back.”

“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Sammy Colmenero. When the air conditioning went out at our downtown law office, I urgently needed a door installed to help address the situation. Sammy listened, understood the urgency, helped me find the right door, and even located someone who could install it for me.
What stood out most was the genuine kindness, care, and concern she showed during a very stressful situation. She went above and beyond to help me solve the problem instead of simply making a sale. That level of customer service is rare and deserves to be recognized.
Thank you, Sammy, for treating me like a person and making sure I received the help I needed. I highly recommend Sammy and Seconds & Surplus in Richardson!”
