I tried calling several times without success. I eventually reached someone through the main customer service line, and they transferred me to a representative at this branch. However, the person who answered the call was extremely rude and unprofessional.

I've been doing my banking with capital one for years this was the worst experience I've ever had i wish there was still better locations near by the management here is horrid

This bank is a joke. I have a car loan with them and to make a cash payment an ID is required even with the account information. Not only are they inconvenient, they are ridiculous. I will never use them and am looking to refinance my loan ASAP.
