The people were pleasant. However, I was there for over 3 hours for a transaction that should have taken up to one hour.

I recently bought a car for my wife, but unfortunately, it had some issues just two days after I purchased it. I reached out to Kim Rhodes, and she was incredibly helpful. She promptly arranged for a loaner car and is currently inspecting my vehicle. I really appreciate Kim’s exceptional customer service.
