Both, my partner and I are Chase customers but we wanted to open a joint account and as good millennials prefer in person services for adult business. We were assisted by Martin Lamb and received efficient and friendly customers service.

I had an appointment with Scott Wilke to help me claim an IRA account I was the beneficiary for. The previous Chase branch I went to was too lazy to figure out how to do it, or even try, but Scott got this 100% done in 15 minutes.
