Went to get power of attorney notarized. They said they couldn't do it (that it was Chase's policy). Called the branch at Coit and Legacy and they said come up - we do those all the time. Got it done in 10 minutes there.Not sure if they are lazy or just don't understand the notary process at the Park St branch, but don't go there for notary services.

I am so sick of this bank. The people at this specific location are horrible. They won't cash a $3,000 check from their banking customer to another chase mortgage customer because it's over $2,500! Chase is ridiculous.Don't open an account here.

Since this bank is in the most convenient location to me I went here when setting up a new account. I already had an appointment set up here so I was able to go right in. I believe one is required to anything but withdrawals and deposits. The banker who helped me and walked me through setup was pretty friendly and did a good job explaining things, and there weren't too many sales pitches for unneeded services, which is appreciated. I've withdrawn here with no issues too. Though during setup I did hear another client complaining a teller put their money in the wrong place. While this is a rare occurrence, it is not exactly reassuring when you hear it in the bank you're setting up an account in.

Don’t bother trying to re fi thru Chase. They lead you thru a merry way. See sawing back and forth. Their charge for closing cost is $1500-$2000 more than other lenders with higher interest rate. Shouldn’t bother going there after spending time for the application…

For the most part, almost the entire staff is friendly except for one lady. She has always been rude, not personable and just downright condescending each time we've come to this bank. It's just not professional and there always seems to be a problem anytime we've come to deposit something or to ask a question regarding our account. We're new members to chase after recently switching from Wells Fargo and honestly we're tempted to switch back because of this one branch. There's only one ATM and always a long line. Overall just not impressed and won't be back to this particular branch. On a side note, I do want to give a shout-out to employee Nancy for being the only person in our entire chase experience to give us honest and true information.

Surprised this branch even manages a 2.9.....Terrence was pleasant but Kristin is of no use to helping customers. No wonder everyone ditches the big banks to go branchless....why I gave them a second and third chance escapes me but won’t be fooled again.

Very happy with my visit. Jean Soe was very helpful without any issues. And had patience helping me. 100% happy with the customer. Been with Chase 10 years and no one has ever helped me the way she did.
