When you try to call 5 different times and no one is available, that is a bad sign. It’s not my fault your app doesn’t work when I try to set up a meeting, it keeps looping around, so what option do we have other than calling to speak to someone and no one is there to answer. It’s pretty deflating.

Uma was such an amazing help to my husband and I this week. We had important retirement papers to sign and she guided us through that and accommodated my handicap of not walking! We are so grateful for such good customer service. Thanks Uma and Chase Bank!
