She helped pick out the right pieces and sizes and went out of her way to introduce us to Trudy, next door at Soma who was also AMAZING helping us with bras!! The employees here are very helpful. The Plano location is my favorite. I was surprised to learn that they now have a personal stylist to assist you. She sends you information on upcoming sales, etc. This is one of my go-to places when I am looking for something new to wear.

I would give 0 stars to this establishment if I could, Stacie who works here is incompetent, rude and very unprofessional, we will never come back to this store again, customer service is at its lowest, would not recommend, please refrain from visiting this store, we will be calling the corporate to let them know that their employees treat customers with the lowest manners

This Chico's store is awesome! The staff are friendly and helpful but not pushy and they allow you to shop leisurely without following you around. They seem to change their displays often but I am sure it is to accommodate new inventory arriving all the time! I find their clothing to be good quality. I like the variety of styles and colors. Their sizing is a wonderful concept! Who doesn't love to say they wear a size 0, 1,2,3 or 4?! Very pleasant shopping experience with great sales associates!

My mother buys all her clothes from Chico’s and has done so as long as I can remember. She is 88 years old and loves to look nice. Her clothes, makeup and hair / nails are one of the few things she still has control of due to mobility issues and age related issues. She uses a walker and has a limited amount of stamina. The store was not busy and there were plenty of employees. My mother asked for assistance, I asked for assistance and two clerks said they would help. I am not sure if they did not want to deal with the return or a lady with a walker that needs extra help. They never came back and we ended up leaving. I even explained to a staff member that we were about to to leave and got zero response. In addition to that, we went in last week and a clerk said that I need to have more patience with my mother. That was so inappropriate and hurtful. She has major hearing loss and I have to speak loudly for her to hear. Shame on you Chicos!

The manager, Amy is incredible!! I watched how she interacted with their customers. She addressed them by name, treated them with great respect, and really listened as they asked her questions. I told her later that I had been observing and wished other stores treated their customers as she treats hers.

If I could give ZERO stars, I definitely would. Went into this location today. Was not greeted or acknowledged. Found a shirt I liked and carried it around for 10 minutes. No one asked if they could get me a fitting room, or even if I wanted to try it on. I finally got fed up and left. My friend was much more optimistic than I was. She found a top she wanted and went up to the register to pay. No one acknowledged her, or said one word to her. They were busy helping people on the phone and running the tally of the days sales. She finally got fed up, put the top back on the rack and walked out. While she was in Chicos, I went down the sidewalk to TALBOTS and spent $279.00. They had a 30% off sale going and I got some SUPER CUTE crops, a couple of tops, some earrings and a scarf. This is NOT the first time I've been ignored at this Chicos location. And I don't dress poorly, either. I was dressed in a pair of shorts, a cute top and a pair of Italian sandals. I have a Louis Vuitton handbag, and plenty of money to spend. The ladies at Talbots were VERY happy to see me. I won't be returning to Chicos. Obviously, you don't need my money.
