“Each time I've been here, I've used the drive up thing so I've never been inside. I only come here to deposit money so my interactions with the employees have been minimal. With that being said, I don't have much to go on to critique this location so I'll just say this. The employees are quick to handle each customer so as to keep people from waiting long if there is a line, they ask how I'm doing, & make me feel like they appreciate my business.”

I was looking to learn more about my account and I was helped pretty quickly by Victoria Thompson. I was ultimately trying to withdrawal some money and change my account type, but she asked all the right questions and offered all the right recommendations from speaking with their financial advisors to considering their own in house CD and savings account rates.
