Corner Wines & Wine Bar is a hidden gem and local family-owned jewel box in Plano. It is a fantastic place with a welcoming vibe and a really nice, beautifully decorated event venue. The shop carries an eclectic variety of excellent wine from around the world, including the usual California wines as well as selections from Greece and Armenia, with a great selection to sample and buy. The food is absolutely the most authentic Italian food in Texas, with fantastic items like Caprese Salad, Gnocchi, Meatballs, marinara and burrata, chicken parmesan, and lasagna. So much is made in house. It offers a full dinner menu and events almost every night, making it a go-to for date night. The owner is always attentive and the staff provides exceptional service. It is fairly priced for dinner and drinks, and the attached deli cannot be beat for a sandwich. It is a must try.
Absolutely the most authentic Italian food in Texas! And I'm a native New Yorker. Caprese Salad, Gnocchi, Meataballas - fantastic! We went to a wine tasting and had a wonderful time.

Shelby, Craig, and Michael provided exceptional service, which was the cherry on top to the impeccable food and wine! We love the marinara and burrata for an appetizer along with chicken parmesan and lasagna. You can’t go wrong with any of the food items here!
