I've rented from this Enterprise twice now and have yet to have a bad experience! The customer service has been great, and the pickup/ drop off process has been easy and smooth.

Staff was great but I was promised a Nissan Rogue or nicer and was given an older Jeep Renegade that rattled on the highway :-(
