“Gerard at the Plano location and Herman at the Grapevine location were extremely friendly and helpful. Gerard put me in a very nice Pathfinder for slightly more when he didn't have any midsized cars per my reservation. Herman offered me a discount on my next rental when they didn't have someone available to take me to the dealership to pick up my own car.”
“10 stars for customer service. Blake has been phenomenal. Kept me updated on my reservation throughout the process. The cars aren’t perfect - example we had one with smoke odor - but Blake worked with me getting it exchanged, and making every process as easy as possible.
Blake is an exceptional employee who really goes above and beyond. He runs the place by himself and is still able to provide high quality customer service as if he owns the business.
I would return here even if the cars aren’t perfect.”

Returning the car is always a breeze and so far I’ve had no issues. I’m glad I can leave my car there for a few days and it’s been safe so far. Great location.”
“This is a less crowded location close to many things but there were no car options available to serve your interests, they have assigned me only available car which is different from what they have shown me when checked-in online few hrs prior to my schedule pickup on the very same day. Car they gave me is ok though but not meeting my needs. There was only one person handling all the work, so disappoint to learn this. Otherwise I would give them 5 stars.”
“I have rented a lot of cars in my life. Used to be in sales and traveled the entire country. I have rented from Hertz, Avis, etc. Enterprise has always been seamless. Not so much for others. With Enterprise their invoice also always matched what they told me. Again not so much with the others.”

“This is my first time to try this company, and it is great, but a small detail. When we called the first time to collect the information, they should have told us that the person who pays, should be the same person hold the insurance. My friend and I had a different arrangement. It worked out at the end. We rented a van for 7 days, and the license plate tags where about to expire after two or three days which we noticed after signing the papers, and after inspection we notified them, so the had change it with another one, which was ok but not that clean. Overall experience is good.”
