“The best rental experience I've ever had!!! Needed a 15 passenger van for 1 day and found Capps online. The Ford Transit was clean, in great condition and easy to drive. Nice customer service and straight to the point. No hidden fees - appreciated that he didn't try to get me to add insurance since I already had my own to put on file. Convenient location and drop off return process! Will definitely use again the next time I need to transport a group of people for a celebration or large fun outing!”

“I recently had my first experience with Enterprise. I went to their Plano outlet located on the hwy 121.The car that I got was a 2023 Mazda CX 50. The car was very well maintained and was very smooth to drive. It did not trouble me even once. Bri, the manager who supported me with the whole process was very helpful throughout the process. Will definitely be going back there for rental again. I highly recommend enterprise.”

“We have been renting cars from Mr. R.T. owner of the Budget Plano for the past 12 years since he was at the Sears Frisco location, then at Stonebriar Mall and now in Plano. We have never had any complaints with him. He has always gone over and beyond to accommodate us even with short notices, he will go lengths to find us a car. If we were to rate him and his team, we would give them a 10 out of 10 considering our traveling needs as a family. Understanding that everyone does not get the same experience or expectations by some of the negatives reviews we have seen, we have difficulty to wrap our heads around it considering how long we have been working with Rick and have not received anything short of excellent services. Times are tough but, if anyone is going to rent a car in the Plano area, I would really recommend this location 1330 N Central Expy, Plano, TX 75074 over and over again.”

“This enterprise was great! It was my first time using this location and everyone was so nice and professional. London, Terrence, and Nicholas all helped me with my reservation for pick up and drop off. They even helped me get into a vehicle that was equivalent to what I already drove after the insurance company approved me for a smaller vehicle. They also provided transportation to and from my vehicle repair shop and the drivers were nice and professional as well (Not sure if they will shuttle you to any repair shop so keep that in mind).I highly recommend this Enterprise to anyone looking for a rental car.”

“I rented a Lamborghini Huracan over the weekend for a very good price compared to other luxury car rental companies in the area. The car was pretty new with very low miles in very good condition. The service at the office was brilliant and fast, the staff over there explained me everything what I should know about that car as it was the first time that I am renting a exotic car like that. “I recently rented a vehicle in Dallas, for a trip up to Colorado Springs.Hours after drop off, my daughter realized she had left her wallet in the rental car.We returned te Avis location at the airport, and encountered an employee by the name of Brian.Brian let us know that the vehicle had already been re rented and the wallet had not been found.Brian then took it upon himself to assist in every way possible- he knew we were stressed.To say that he went above and beyond is an understatement.The wallet was still in the car and Brian (while protecting everyone’s personal information) was able to link us up with the new customer and the wallet was retrieved.Brian was AMAZING.In addition. Two days later, Brian called me to see if everything had worked out.He is a class act, and a true asset to Avis at the Colorado Springs Municipal Airport.”

As a result of Martins professional approach, resourcefulness, and him finding the exact model and rare color Q8 we wanted along with agreeing on reasonable terms, we unexpectedly made a deal and moved ahead and cancelled our appointment with BMW and Cadillac. “I wasn't looking forward to having to go offsiteto get my car (the airport was sold out) but it was a very pleasant experience. The gentleman made sure the car was in perfect running condition before he handed me the keys. Upon return he was quick to get the car checked in. Uber was also quick to pick me up from this location to take me to the airport.I would rent from here again if the airport was sold out.”
