“I'm an Emerald executive elite member so needless to say I'm a regular and I frequent this location all the time. Today I had the pleasure of meeting the new manager, Mark, whom I have met previously at his last location. He didn't remember me, but he somehow managed to exceed my expectations and provide even greater service than he did during our first encounter. I won't go into detail, but Mark went out of his way and really made a difference for me today. I had forgotten a very important personal item in one of the vehicles, and he was extremely professional and kind enough to notify me. Thanks for everything you do Mark. You are exactly where you're supposed to be. Congratulations on the promotion I couldn't think of a better candidate.”
“This is a less crowded location close to many things but there were no car options available to serve your interests, they have assigned me only available car which is different from what they have shown me when checked-in online few hrs prior to my schedule pickup on the very same day. Car they gave me is ok though but not meeting my needs. There was only one person handling all the work, so disappoint to learn this. Otherwise I would give them 5 stars.”
“Absolutely great experience at Avis/Budget in Plano. From the car itself to the customer service provided, it really helped especially since my main vehicle is in the shop….which is an unfortunate and upsetting thing, so the peace of mind and ease of use in finding renting and communicating was A+++. I will definitely return here for any future needs!”

“Gerard at the Plano location and Herman at the Grapevine location were extremely friendly and helpful. Gerard put me in a very nice Pathfinder for slightly more when he didn't have any midsized cars per my reservation. Herman offered me a discount on my next rental when they didn't have someone available to take me to the dealership to pick up my own car.”
“I have rented a lot of cars in my life. Used to be in sales and traveled the entire country. I have rented from Hertz, Avis, etc. Enterprise has always been seamless. Not so much for others. With Enterprise their invoice also always matched what they told me. Again not so much with the others.”

“10 stars for customer service. Blake has been phenomenal. Kept me updated on my reservation throughout the process. The cars aren’t perfect - example we had one with smoke odor - but Blake worked with me getting it exchanged, and making every process as easy as possible.
Blake is an exceptional employee who really goes above and beyond. He runs the place by himself and is still able to provide high quality customer service as if he owns the business.
I would return here even if the cars aren’t perfect.”

“I love working with Priscilla! She is absolutely amazing!!!! During my last rental, the car sat too low and I could not see very well over the dashboard and without hesitation Priscilla found me another vehicle that worked better! That is what you call customer service!!

“I do not waste time with ANY other locations (especially the airport). Rick and Trent at the 3933 Central expressway location know how to get things done that are an absurd mystery to other Hertz locations. Stay away from the airport and the Uber hell on earth Hertz locations you are far more likely to be stranded.”

“This is my first time to try this company, and it is great, but a small detail. When we called the first time to collect the information, they should have told us that the person who pays, should be the same person hold the insurance. My friend and I had a different arrangement. It worked out at the end. We rented a van for 7 days, and the license plate tags where about to expire after two or three days which we noticed after signing the papers, and after inspection we notified them, so the had change it with another one, which was ok but not that clean. Overall experience is good.”
