Here lately when I make a complaint they get on it. They are cleaning it up and it been quiet

Exceptionally courteous and helpful staff-Tonya,Derrick,Shakeil-namely, who make up for some systemic gaps. The hotel is great, in an awesome location and still has that ESA charm. The leadership needs to urgently set right some safety-critical flaws, among others, however.
