“When booking a budget hotel, cleanliness is always a worry. My room at Sonesta simply suites was pleasant. The rooms were clean enough. The hotel is a bit outdated but you get what you pay for. My only major complaint is the elevator. That elevator is on its last legs. MentallyPrepare yourself! It’s a very noisy and bumpy ride and my stomach dropped everytime I got on it. Overall if you’re looking for something budget friendly this place isn’t terrible. Make sure to take the stairs!”

“Wish I could rate 6 stars. This place rocks. Especially for kids.I've stayed in a lot of hotels, this one is one of my all time favorites and would go out of my way to stay here if traveling through again.The rooms and beds are good. The usual huge Staybridge suites with a full kitchen, bedroom and living areas. I don't understand why Staybridge's cost the same as typical hotels. You get so much more!The staff is great. Friendly and helpful. Everything is clean and well-maintained.The free breakfast is great. They even have a free beer/wine appetizer thing on weekday evenings. Again, how is this place not more expensive than cookie-cutter hotels.The patio area is fantastic. It's shaded with a nice basketball court and grill.The biggest surprise is the pool. It's awesome. Most hotel pools are tiny with a ton of chlorine that burns eyes and dries skin. This pool is larger and I think might be saltwater because there's no chlorine smell. It's also warm. Many hotel pools are too cold.This hotel was perfect for our family with young kids.”

“Our room is very clean, but I do have a couple of concerns. First is they are not very sound resistant. There were people talking in the hall last night for over an hour and I understood every word. This was a problem because we needed to be up at 5:30am.Second there are loose tiles in room 206 in the floor. My daughter has some stability issues and we were concerned about the liability they pose. We are staying here to get images made at the hospital and to see a neurosurgeon, so I find this a bit haphazard when it comes to the guests.The toilet seat is too short for the long toilet and needs to be replaced with the appropriate size. The toilet is also too low. I am a short person and found the height and issue. My daughter with stability issues really had a problem with the height of the toilet.That being said. I appreciate the cleanliness of the room. The beds are comfortable, the AC works almost too well.The complimentary breakfast is very much appreciated. They even have gluten free options which my daughter highly appreciated.I enjoyed coffee, orange juice, toast with cream cheese and bacon. We arrived a bit early because we had to be at the hospital so early and we're still able to eat a little something. My daughter got a gluten free blueberry muffin, coffee and apple juice.The staff has been super friendly, and for those needing a longer stay, they have washer and dryers on the floors and soap for them down stairs in the lobby. I thought that was very useful information to know.Anyway, overall, a good stay.”

“This is a clean, exterior and interior hotel. The hot Breakfast is well stocked and attended too. The staff is professional and courteous. My room was very clean and refreshed. The bathroom was very clean and all the fixtures worked properly. The only concern I had was that the deadbolt didn’t slide into the slot.(alignment was off). The area around hotel is well lit and it appears to be a safe area. The hotel is near the freeway but the rooms appear to be well insulated because the freeway traffic noise is minimal.”

“The room was ok. The heater/air conditioner unit had some type of mold and dirt. I wiped thoroughly with Clorox wipes. The workout room had not been touched for a while. The room was warm with dirty towels on the floor. The treadmill slips. The remote needs batteries to turn TV on. The breakfast was subpar compared to other Quality Inns. Bare minimum choices. Will not choose again.Rooms: The wall unit was dirty.”

“Pretty decent, rooms need some TLC. Very thin walls. Friendly staff, good breakfast for a hotel.Rooms: Rooms were OK, our bathroom door didn't want to lock consistently, the electronic key cards worked about 30% of the time, so multiple efforts were always needed, the bathroom fan and entry light both made buzzing noises.”

“My husband and I stayed here in room 321for 14 months ! Our room was nice. Rooms are a good size and the people that work here are all hard workers. Management and others take time to take care of our needs. Breakfast is nice Taste good. Pool is a good size and nice to enjoy especially in Dallas due too the heat I've given this 5 stars because it's always been good place with comfortable beds and Good Staff .. Top Rated Management!! I had spinal fusion and 3 neck fusions and I sleep in comfort here. Not sure for the bad reviews but if you have any kind of issues Management and staff will take the time to help. We came back to Baymont where we are welcomed and happy and feel like Family ??Rooms: Rooms are spacious and nice..Cold AC and cleaning service with your stay .Also breakfast taste good!Safety: I Always feel safe here.. it's well lit up , security cameras and Police Patrol through the area . ?”

“The staff is super nice. Check in was a breeze yesterday after noon. I had the pleasure of meeting John (the manager) this morning when I went to get my coffee and extend my reservation for another night. He was very upbeat when he greeted us and sincere when inquiring about our stay and if we needed anything. We needed an extra towel and an extra bar of soap. John was quick to help us fill our request. The rooms are nice and smelled clean and fresh. Our king room is spacious with plenty of elbow room. The bed is super comfy (a tummy and side sleepers dream). The pillows are just the right amount of soft yet still full and supportive. Everything worked in the room. Nice size flat screen TV with excellent reception and a lot of channels. The set-up of the buildings/rooms really cuts down on the traffic noise from 75 (central expressway). The extended stay guests that we met were friendly and told us that after 10pm it was pretty quiet and it truly was - even for a Friday night. This location is pet friendly. The outdoor areas are clean and clear of doggie waste. Denny's is right next store. Several other places are within walking distance. Racetrac gas station is a 2 min. drive/10 min. walk down the side street (Central Pkwy E) rather than down the service road. It was nice and I felt safe walking my dog by myself. John and his staff take good care of the guests and the property. I definitely recommend this place.”
