“The hotel was beautiful and our room was immaculate we stayed the night 6/23 room 205. It would only be improved if there was a microwave in the room. There was not a speck of dust anywhere and the sheets and bed were pristine. The hosts at check in and check out were also great.”

“We spent almost exactly 3 months at this Staybridge on because of construction/repair to our home.

I can honestly say, I've never had a better long term experience at a hotel than this one. The women and men that work here are incredible, helpful, and keep the place running like a well oiled machine.

On behalf of my mother and myself, we are so grateful for choosing Staybridge Richardson/Plano as our temporary home away from home. I will, going forward recommend this for any person looking for a long term situation.

The room was pleasant (we chose an accessible room for my mother) and aside from the smoke alarm going off during my quesadilla escapades all the time, it was a great place to lay your head for many months.

The jacuzzi spa was really our only contention as it always (even after asking and seeing them attend to it), seemed to have that brown cloud of fungus floating in the bottom. A lot of people use it, so I think it's one appliance at the hotel that needs daily attention. We stopped using it after awhile because of that.

The pool was lovely, especially when heated to comfortable not too hot temps. I will always enjoy having the pool to myself to de-stress.

I'm vegan so I don't have much to offer about the buffet, only to say the staff was helpful, and awesome. It was always clean, and well kept. I did enjoy having access to veggies and the spring rolls during the happy hours. The only consideration I'd mention is a flip book of ingredients for those with sensitivities. I didn't want to bother the busy staff every time I wanted to know the ingredients to something. I imagine I'm not the first to stay there with dietary restrictions or allergies.

Also, having a QR code to a video link for the general style of stove top that was included with our room would make it ultra nice because I had to chase down a video on how to turn on that thing!

I'm really going to miss those smiling faces and that free coffee every morning.

One last thing. On one walk around the hotel I noticed that almost every truck or van parks backwards and tailgates over the curb which is an accessibility issue. It would be great, since this location services ATMOS training, to either tell them to tell their students to avoid this or have you ask them to make sure they're not blocking the side walk.

Thank you for making our stay amazing, Staybridge Staff.”

“We had a misunderstanding regarding a smoking fee during our stay, and after explaining to the manager that neither my husband nor I have ever smoked in our lives, she handled the situation with kindness and professionalism.
???✨
She resolved everything quickly and also made our move to a larger room very smooth and comfortable. We truly appreciated the respectful treatment and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!?”

“Great rooms for a great price. A lot of food and fast food around the area when hungry. Only 20 min to downtown. The service was amazing. Only small issue was the a/c unit was leaking to a small portion of the carpet but other than that it would be a 5 star”

“This is a bad review This stay was terrible from start to finish. Kids were throwing chairs into the pool it almost hit me they were acting like animals and when I complained about it, the front desk woman told me kids will be kids and she was gonna do nothing about it even though that’s a safety hazard, the carpets were so filthy they turned our feet black, and housekeeping was completely unhelpful. They don’t provide full body towels or hand towels — when I ask for towels the front desk told me that housekeeping isn’t available I have to come back in the morning no specific time and that goes for pillows too cause I asked for extra pillows and they said they can’t get them until housekeeping comes in the morning same thing with towels so I asked for a wake up call at 7:30 and by morning I received nothing not even a wake up call like I asked the one thing they should have been able to do completely unacceptable hotels do not have alarm clocks a wake up call is mandatory when I ask for it. It’s your one job basically as a front desk person they should be fired if they’re not competent enough to do their job At 8:50 AM, I asked again for towels and pillows, and still had issues she told me I had to come back at nine that she still could not get them completely useless I waited until nine. She still had a problem with getting me what I asked for and still could not provide me pillows. She gave me two towels On top of all that, the breakfast was disgusting and left the entire hallway smelling awful I can see why I’ll take people’s cards because if you didn’t have my card, I would definitely throw something in your face and wreck your lobby for the way I have been treated what set me off was laughing in my face when I asked for what I asked for I’m not asking for the moon and the stars. I’m asking for towels and pillows and a wake up. Call that you can’t provide. On top of guest safety, which clearly is not your concern.”

“What to give the location is completely dependent on where you're going or where you want to be. It worked fine for me. Service was fine. The hotel room itself was okay, nothing special. The room did not have an opaque curtain or drape, covering the window, so that's a negative. The TV was in a funny location. but it was clean and relatively well maintained. Adequate for my purpose, and the price was right. YMMV.”

“Room had strong febreze smell for first two nights. Aside from that room's been great stuff very friendly. Note that there is a Starbucks In the lobby. Does not come with a breakfast and there's not much nearby walking distance. Short drive away there are tons of restaurants and shops.”

“LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this hotel. I travel to Dallas quite frequently for work and began staying here about 3 years ago. Because I love it so much, I have convinced all my coworkers who also travel to Dallas to stay here too.
The morning bistro staff is the MAIN reason that I come here. She remembers me, my order and treats me like family. I look forward to seeing her every time I visit. Hospitality is a very demanding job but she is always pleasant and it just really makes my day.”

“This is a underrated and best bang for your buck hotel in my experience. I paid $67 dollars per night for a hotel that would have been $100-110 anywhere else.
They really make good efforts. They have redone the floors in many areas. They have made upgrades in the rooms. There are new fixtures in the bathroom and new tile. The toilet paper was folded over to a corner and the towels were in a design 😆. It was an actual effort.
The ac was great. The fridge was cold.
The best was a bit firmer than my liking but i understand that's preference. I shouldn't let that decide on coming back.
The included breakfast was very good. There's a Texas shaped waffle iron.
The room is spacious and i like in my particular room the work area is set off to the side.
The shower was stronger than most hotels I've been in and hot!
The staff was very pleasant and promptly at the desk when i had questions.”

“At first I was nervous about this booking as we would be here for 2 weeks with our child. Based on reviews and price I was worried it would be a very shady place. But, we are very pleasantly surprised. We got a premium upgraded room and for paying $56 a night, having a kitchen, very comfy beds it’s been fantastic. It’s very safe. All the neighbors are friendly. The staff is also great. Very friendly and helpful. Neighbors have daily chats down in the smoking area in the grass area of the parking lot. They are very clean for the most part. You do have to have your own kitchen supplies as well as cleaning but they do have housekeeping weekly for long stays and they do change out sheets but not towels. They have a great laundry room. $2.25 per wash and dry and they are well maintained. Just don’t use the sofa machine. It spits out a Russian roulette of different sodas no matter what you choose”

“We've stayed here a week so far after having had a flood in our last home. I was suprised to see the room was clean and inviting. I have not seen a bug or had any pest issue. The staff have been friendly and helpful. We've had our privacy and felt safe the whole time. I will definitely recommend staying here for a great price and easy access to 75.”

“I had an excellent experience staying at the Fairfield Inn by Marriott in Plano, Texas. The entire staff was amazing from day one — the front office staff, housekeeping, and even the maintenance team were always professional, courteous, and respectful.

The building was consistently clean, well maintained, and welcoming. Breakfast was always fresh and very good every morning, which made my long stay even more comfortable.

They accommodated me for four months while I relocated from another state and searched for a place in Dallas to call home. I truly could not have asked for a better place to stay during that transition period.

A huge hats off to the entire team for making me feel comfortable and taken care of throughout my stay. If you’re in Plano and need a place to stay, I highly recommend this location.”

“I’m leaving this review while still staying at this hotel, I have to say, I am extremely impressed. Let me tell you a little story;

Our room is nice, it has a kitchen, a full size refrigerator, and some other things, but what I want to tell you about is the bathroom.

It’s normal enough, and the shower in there is, of course, a bathtub as well. We got the idea to have a bath, but discovered there was no plug for the drain. We called down to the front desk just to ask, and the employee said he would look into it for us. He searched all over for one, and personally brought it to us. Incredible guy, thanks again homie.”

“The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had a fridge/freezer and microwave. The bed was comfortable, and my 2 cats were able to stay free of charge. You could hear other guests' doors opening and closing, but for the reasonable price, it was understandable.”

“Exceptionally courteous and helpful staff-Tonya,Derrick,Shakeil-namely, who make up for some systemic gaps. The hotel is great, in an awesome location and still has that ESA charm. The leadership needs to urgently set right some safety-critical flaws, among others, however.”
