I’ve been using FedEx for years, but this has been my worst experience ever. A representative named Sanya called me, and her tone was abrupt, rude, and completely unprofessional. FedEx — it’s time to train your staff on proper customer service and communication etiquette.
Sanya, if you’re reading this — you seriously need to learn how to speak to people. Your behavior was unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company. Frankly, you should either be retrained, reassigned, or removed from any customer-facing role. You should not be answering phones if this is how you treat customers.
Very disappointed in FedEx this time around. Do better.

I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau complaint #23588961. The driver was delivering my package in Plano when I live in McKinney,and says the Business has a gate and is closed. My Apt Complex has NO gate and to boot tales a picture of a tree in a field.SMH

Went in to try to pick up a package. After 5 minutes of ringing the bell and waiting, I was greeted with immediate anger and disdain from the employee behind the desk, who then told me a tracking ID was different from a tracking # and she couldn’t help. A simple Google search shows they are the same thing, she simply did not want to help me. This lady shouldn’t have a job or even be allowed outside honestly and I hope she sees this

I went to this site to pick up in person a repaired laptop shipped to me by Dell that required a signature
I missed the driver at the delivery address two days in a row (If the driver had knocked and rang both bells, someone would have answered pronto).
Anyway, the counterperson was firm about me not getting too much of a handle on the package in the process of checking for damage (Dell stated that if it's damaged and you don't call it out, your problem).
Funny that Dell sent nothing to indicate a guarantee period for the repairs and also would not ship back to me the parts that were declared bad, one of which I know worked when the laptop was packed up.
I recognize this is much about Dell as FedEx, but that's what happens when you choose specific business partners to the exclusion of others.

I’m extremely disappointed with FedEx customer service. Trying to get help was frustrating and unproductive—long wait times, constant transfers, and no real resolution to my issue. The representatives I spoke to seemed uninterested and unhelpful, and I felt like I was being bounced around without anyone taking responsibility. For a company of this size, I expected much better service. Very dissatisfied.

staff not helpful, disappointed two times during my last two visits. They can not print shipping label, even if you have digital label with barcode on your mobile. I would not choose this location for my future shipping needs, Location is also not convenient either.
