Unbelievably hostile staff. Like, cartoonishly. 1:53pm on a Wednesday. Nobody there. Wowza. Desperately needed to ship medical materials to Mexico to help my family who are very ill, so asked for help getting it “super duper insured.” Lady mocked me and slammed the fragile samples on the desk. What a winner. I just took the package back, because I clearly could not trust leaving something so precious in this person’s care. Ma’am, I teach middle schoolers all day — your attitude is giving “child.”

FED EX claimed to miss the customer that’s why he didn’t drop off the package. We were at home. I went to the office to pick up my package instead of waiting until the next time for him to so call come back out. My package wasn’t at the office either. Poor customer service.

Terrible!! The inmates seem to running the prison there! They bandage off the times, I had an important package to send, they should have a 8:00 cutoff but apparently these guys have stuff more important than their jobs!! I got there at 7:47pm $72 envelope package to ship out they say they will send it the next day!!???? They have a made up 7:45 cutoff, bandages over the hours?? Unacceptable! Change the info on Google dummies!!

How was the FedEx monopoly allowed to happen? They suck!The closing time posted on the internet for this location has always been the last drop off time. Now, the closing time says 8p, but drop offs aren't processed past 7:45p.The "worker" behind the counter said "we have had signs posted inside the building since May 8" (but I haven't been inside the building since May 8!), and "there is just no way to get the word out to everyone" (but what about the new-fangled communication method called the INTERNET! And post the closing time at 7:45pm).Doing it this way, creates more hostile customers for no good reason. This location has shortened its hours over time, but there is just not a good reason to post a closing time that doesn't correlate to the last drop off time. Who cares if the building is open for 15 minutes longer for the "worker" to tell people their packages won't go out until the next day?

Went to this location to pickup a package that could not be delivered because it required a signature. The gentleman that waited on me was very polite and helpful.

I ordered a phone off of Back Market, and the shipping tracker led me to this. They don't deliver on Sundays, and I tried to hold at location since I will be on vacation for a couple weeks. They did not let me hold it and now my package will probably be stolen while I'm gone. Horrible customer service as well.

Never been more dissatisfied and bad treated at a Fedex Store! I went here to ship a package 04/04/23 and the man there was extremely rude, aggressive and unprofessional with his job, White male older age, Clearly racist because since the moment I walked in to the store he start judging me and he gave me the worse attitude ever and not friendly at all.. As a any other customer I should be treated with respect but this man was very un respectful, he even asked why i didn’t have a drivers license with me when I showed him my ID and why i was driving without it? First of all, Since when fedex became a police station to be asking their customers that kind of things, i asked him to lower his attitude with me and he tried to act nice after all this because there were people watching me arguing with him, I walked away so disappointed and extremely upset about this, I should be suing you guys for this!!!
