Absolutely some of the worst customer service!! I ordered a medical device for an upcoming surgery, and paid for 2 day delivery … the package was SUPPOSED to be delivered on 21 February 2025, it is now 24 February and still NO package, and NO answers as to where it is!!! Last scan was in Charlotte, NC on 20 February 2025!! As explained to FedEx on 21 February 2025, this is a medical device NEEDED for a surgery tomorrow, 25 February 2025!!! They have NO CLUE what they’re doing!!!

Your phone rep anna who doesn't speak good English, go figure,, is rude and refused to get a supervisor on the phone or help me with my issue, honestly probably the only person working cause she's the one who keeps answering the phone!!! Worst company ever

FEDEX return my send mail to me without an oversight on why this happened. I can’t believe that when my mail got to Mount Laurel NJ about an hour and a half away from the destination it was stop and sent back to me. This is the second time FEDEX ha done this. My package flowed around North Carolina for more than a week and after many calls the package was then sent to the destination. Am I a target of FEXEX. I am a senior who just will not ever put foot in a.FedEx shipping place again. I don’t need the people who sit high and never look low at the people who keep them sitting high I am done with FedEx. Train your employees if they don’t know something asked before making decisions about sending packages or mail back to the senders.

This company is in desperate need of a system overhaul. They consistently fail to deliver on time, and their customer service is lacking; it feels like they don’t even care anymore. Overall, they are the worst in every aspect. If you are a small business, I strongly recommend choosing another shipping provider. FedEx is simply not worth the headache it causes.

I hate FedEx
I don't have enough space to tell fedex how much I hate their company. Even though I have a hold on packages they fully intend to leave a package at my door. A package I suspect will be stole or blow away next week when we return home.
Their AI has no I. It is as aggravating as it gets. A foreign call center where they don't really speak English would be preferable.
I will request my vendors to not use FedEx.

You suck. Whenever I see that something I ordered is being shipped by fedex I try to find alternatives. I cringe because you guys mess up my packages every time. I paid for 2 day shipping and it’s been 4 days. This is the worst company ever and I can’t even talk to a real person on the phone it’s always some robot that doesn’t help at all.

FedEx you'll deserve NEGATIVE STARS based on the actions of your employees. Your employee Latricia from the Augusta Georgia region location who delivered my packages on 2/11/25 and who was scheduled to deliver 6 more items on 2/12/25 has no business being a delivery driver at all.
On 2/11/25 she refused to bring my packages to my porch after my daughter and husband was told they needed to come to the van to retrieve them. About 1 minute I heard a knock on my door, it was Latricia stating she need to take pictures of the packages to prove delivery, she did and left.
Now on 2/12/25 from since 6:32am my packages update stated that my packages was on the truck in Thomson GA and it's out for delivery and she was listed once again as the driver. 3 5 gallon buckets of paint and 3 bathroom vents was to much I guess because like a fool I waited until after 8:30pm when I called FedEx customer service they stated that the driver stated that no one was at my home when she tried to deliver, which is a lie because No FedEx truck came. Then she was scheduled to deliver again on 2/13/25 and apparently she spoke to me and I requested for my packages to be placed on a vacation hold, yet another lie and another day without my packages which is holding up my renovations. Customer service personnel are no help and the language barriers are another story, they hang up on customers and refuse to give information as to the delivery dates or timeframe.
There's no accountability at all and when I requested to speak to a manager I was told there were none, I asked for corporate phone number to launch a complaint and was told there is no phone number other than the number for customer service. Poor quality of public service.

FEDEX STAFF STOLE MY PACKAGE. Saudi Arabia location
Fedex was assigned for the delivery of my package, I've waited 20days, when I checked and tracked it, it says it was delivered and received by other person's name. Not me.
I had to call the customer service, but u forwarded they're not helpful but rude as well.
Don't ever go to FEDEX Courier. Sad to say the are unreliable for the parcel in Saudi Arabia. Very bad and unsatisfied.

Nearly 80% of the packages I have received from FedEx have been damaged. They just throw your packages all over the place and they end up damaged. Received a brush guard today and it is all dented up from FedEx. You guys are the worst.

For years I have had to call to get my packages delivered. Not a single delivery driver in the past 5 years has made an attempt to drop off, instead I have to call 8 times to get the run around with no results. You can't contact corporate or anyone willing to help ever. Why is fed ex still in business? This is the worst customer service around by far. If they treat customers like this I wonder how shitty they treat their workers... not a single call back while my package is 8 days late sitting 30 minutes away from my house and they won't allow me to pick it up either, good job.
Thanks for being a pain in my ass constantly that seems to be the only consistency your company has.

I have zero tolerance for rude arrogant employees. The woman with curly red hair at the lake Charles store on Ryan Street did not have to scold the customer who was simply trying to snap a picture of the email addresses on the kiosk.
As a customer I would say the employee has no patience and used a threatening time to begin with. She should have been more assertive. The employee was disrespectful of the customer who was not bothering anyone just getting the email addresses.
The employee deserved the rant from the customer.

SCAMERS, they told me I had changed the delivery date on my package right before Christmas (which I did NOT) so they wouldn’t have to deliver it when the were busy. A bunch of SCAMERS who also don’t have serious customer service

Fedex has straight up lied to me the shipping hub in Brainerd, Minnesota scan my package in that 3:24 AM yesterday morning is out for delivery. I received a phone call at 8 AM for delivery information that stated the package would be delivered between 11:40 AM and 1:40 PM And buy about 6:30 PM. Package still hadn’t arrived after tracking it showed the package was still out for delivery so I called customer service An after navigating through the irritating AI system, I was finally putting in contact with the customer Which informed me that in fact, my package was still out for delivery and should be delivered by 8 PM 8 PM came and went and after again dealing with the aggravating AI system was finally putting in contact with a different Customer service representative after the AI system and informed me that my package was due to weather conditions, when in fact, there was no weather conditions it was not raining. It was not snowing. It was not icy roads. It wasn’t even below zero temperatures and that customer service representative told me that there was nothing that could be done so I requested a supervisor and after the representative telling me multiple times that there was nothing that the The supervisor could do. I insisted that he put me in contact with him. I was then connected with the supervisor and explain the situation to him, and as I did some further investigation, I received the notification stating that my package was delayed due to dangerous weather conditions, which was a straight up lie and my package has been scanned back in to the Brainerd location at 7:48 PM well before the 8 PM that I was guaranteed my package would arrive the supervisor put me on a hold while he looked into some options and when he come back, he informed me that in fact, the hub would be delivering packages today and that I should call back in the morning to be put in contact with the delivery hub instructing me to request a supervisor once I was connected to a customer service representative, which I attempted to do so I had to explain the whole entire situation to them and insist multiple times that I need to speak with a supervisor And then was connected to a very unpleasant cranky supervisor that told me that there was absolutely nothing that she could do and apparently there was no notes attached to this issue. Fedex has bitingly lied to me, and there is absolutely no legitimate excuse that the package was not delivered Given the fact that it was on the truck and out for delivery according to provided information at 3:24 yesterday morning and I only live an hour away from the hub is absolutely ridiculous. The package contained Christmas gifts for a family get together that now I will have to show up to and explain to three small children Why there’s no gifts for them. Thanks, Fedex.

The WORST shipping company in the world!! How are you even still in business!! Almost every review is 1 star, awful!! How can you promote yourself as a good company and be so bad at everything! Customer service is never helpful, they claim they can never get a supervisor when you asked! I have waited almost a month for 2 packages, my daughter did not get her Christmas gifts and I did not have a lot to go purchase more! You are by far the worst company in the world!! Do us all a favor and shut down so maybe we can get someone who actually cares about the customer!!
