They loose you packages can't even follow directions too

They've lost a package I sent my daughter for her 1st Mother's Day and I can't get a straight answer from anyone on where the package is or when I can get a refund. Never again will I use them for anything....

I highly suggest finding another shipping company for business or personal packages. FedEx is the absolute worst and unreliable shipping company on the globe.
