FedEx LOST my mother's 600.00 wheelchair. Because I didn't buy THEIR insurance they only want to reimburse me $173.00?! If I had wanted crappy service I could have spent less at the USPS. Seems you can get really good crappy service at FedEx at a much better price!!

Most horrible experience ever!!!! Fedex is very careless & do not care about their customers delivery orders. Orders are not on time or delivered at all. Items were damaged when finlly delivered & customer service is a joke!!!
