Just bought 100 cases of quarry tiles today about 4k worth of tiles. Before purchasing the items- I even asked the front if they would help me load the tiles into my mini van and assured the guys in the back will. Oh man they couldn’t be more wrong. Once they brought out the cases with the pallet. They dropped it right behind the trunk of the mini van and just went straight inside without helping me once. But worst part is that one of the employees tells me “go rent a truck from uhaul” bc he doesn’t physically want to help me load each of the case by hand. I’m over here spending thousands to open a business trying to save every penny everywhere I can but short handed comments like that really is disappointing and the lack basic customer service that was held standard by the company is bit shocking. I made 4trips in total and only on the last trip a young gentleman helped me with 16cases I had left. But this really left a sour taste of this company. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

We purchased 13 boxes of pool tile and the entire process was so easy. The gentleman helping us was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The customer service at this store is amazing and something that you don't get at the other home improvement stores!

I feel like this place is a hit and miss. If my lucky day, I will run into extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff to help me with my selection. If not, I will have a tough time finding someone to ask questions.

I am going to renovate both my bathrooms and needed a started point. Deleon’a (sp?)was super helpful, with creative and positive energy. He understood what I wanted after seeing the first shower wall tile I chose and continued to assist me with shower floor and main bathroom floor. He was very patient. I was a little overwhelmed walking into the store and he made the whole experience very pleasant and easy one. He was able to anticipate the needs and respond to everything very positively. Excellent customer service!

A very helpful guy who was stocking tiles explained some things to me about tiles, which was very much appreciated. You can purchase individual tile samples to take home and they have low prices.

A purchase for 250 ft.² 24 x 48 I had to purchase 400 ft.² of that tile because of the material is so cheap. I will put the picture when I start Cutting start cracking to the side I talk to the manager. He’s telling me is the way you cut is not barely even started for one corner card be had to cut five pieces which is we did it with WhatsApp he say is about the installer. I’ve been doing this for 15 years. He doesn’t want not even give us one box free we almost suspend $3000 on the tiles.

Tons of tile options at the location in Plano! Love that you can bring samples home to see them in your own space. Best part is the customer service! Easy returns and great advice from Lakeiya Hunter. She suggested I simplify the design in my small space. It was the perfect advice! I also had great help with ordering by Rosie Esquivel at the ProDesk. She found what I needed at three different stores in DFW. She set-up the orders for easy pick-up to help save me the shipping fees. Your service rocks! Thank you, both!

I always love this place but I was disappointed that they didn’t have any cheaper options for a backsplash. I did find something I loved but paid $200 more than I wanted to. Hopefully, I can make a big return. They made checkout easy and made arranging for my contractor to pick up my order easy! That was a definite improvement.
