Not sure if he was a manager, but whoever was working the shift tonight telling me three minutes before closed standing at the door that they were closed only let me in because I told him I wanted zip ties but because I didn’t want to choose the ones that were upfront didn’t think I overheard him talking under his breath to his cashier saying” next time I just won’t let them in “ just because I wanted to select the zip ties upfront I suppose. I think it was a bit unprofessional and unnecessary considering I still got out by 6 PM. If you put people like this in charge to barricade the door because people want to come in before it actually closes maybe reconsider who you have in these roles you never know who’s coming into shop at your store that could bring much more business. Customer lost here

Never had such an awful expierence at a Harbor Freight location. The supervisor Angie didn’t greet me when I came in, and when I was asking about an exchange instead of telling me it was out of the return window she had me waste time looking up my own receipt claiming they cannot look up receipts on customer accounts. When I called her out on it she just came off rude, annoyed and had an overall bad attitude. There was an older gentleman there who was much more helpful, but the supervisor ruined it for me. I will not be back.
