I filled out an application, but changed my mind and DID NOT COMPLETE the paperwork (t&c's, discolures, etc...) they asked me to sign to actually open the account. They opened the account anyway and started sending me insufficient fund notices for a checking account that was never funded due to the accrual of checking account fees. I called and the rep basically said "too bad, you opened an account, you owe the fees" and didn't acknowledge that I never actually agreed to the terms. I visited a branch and they finally realized they opened an account without all of the required paperwork and reversed everything. It's unethical for an organization to open accounts without completed paperwork. Sounds a lot like what Wells Fargo got in trouble for. New name idea "Out of Touch C/U"

I was going to move some of my funds from Chase to this Credit Union. I had a car loan with them and thought it would be nice to build more of a relationship there. I got a certified check from Chase and took it to them. They put a hold of a week or more on CERTIFIED FUNDS. It was not a ton of money, I’m not a millionaire or anything. It was under $10K. I was told by the branch manager that it was due to me not having money in my existing Savings account. They could have easily verified the funds. I feel that they thought that perhaps someone who looked liked me would not have that amount of money. I took my deposit back, and told them that I would be paying off my auto loan with them. I paid off my auto loan with them and told them why as I was doing so. I have never had any bank of credit union put a hold on my entire CERTIFIED CHECK deposit for a week or more… ever. Ridiculous.

I was working with an expert customer service team member of yours and they informed me the bank will do nothing Don't know if you got that or not but nothing to assist me in getting my money back so the fact that there's nothing you can do privacy or not I think the people should know before they use you that you won't help us get our money back that you take from us I lost $100 because when I was paying my car payment too early you applied it to the principal without informing me and then marked my next payment late. So because your customer service team will do nothing for me calling them will do nothing for me

Larry at the prosper branch was amazing f and Camille and Eric on the phone. Absolutely amazing service regarding my card being hacked couldn't ask for better. So awesome.

I will be contacting the NCUA tomorrow and filing a complaint regarding this issue I've been having with Intouch credit union. I have submitted my insurance information 5 times over the past four months and nothing has yet to be done to fix and resolve this problem with the added insurance that was added to my account charging me for extra insurance when I already have full coverage.

If I ever see this as a financing option for any vehicle I am RUNNING!!!!! They are absolutely terrible and they charge fees just for you to make a payment.

I wish I'd done my research before linking up with this trashy, horrible, scam of a company! They are liars, and I will never ever do business with them again! I'm in the process of filing a lawsuit against this company. If you're looking for a credit union, please avoid this company. These bad reviews are 100% real. My credit has decreased 56pts because of dealing with these morons! You've been warned ...I'm sure they'll come back with a message saying "we can't find your account, maybe you have us confused for another credit union "...let's get this straight, I'm not confused and unfortunately I do have an account here! But hopefully not for long! I absolutely hate this place!

My debit card expired, and I came in for a replacement. Brittany fixed me right up quickly and with a smile! 10/10 would definitely recommend. I'll come back anytime I need assistance. Cheers!

These guys are great. They are personal, respectful and cordial. I even have a business line with the same guy now every month. His name is Oscar. And he made the stress of paying my auto loan off simple and easy. I went as far to call his manager Jera who also solidified my opinion and the reason I am writing this review. Saying she would personally handle my financial profile if he is out of town. If you are ever offered financing through in touch or looking for a loan. These are the people to go through. 5 stars.

UPDATE In spite of their comment above I have now spent over THREE HOURS on the phone, on their website (worse than useless) and in their "chat" room with a total of 3 different live people. All were polite. None were helpful. I transferred (bank to bank) thousands of dollars to pay off my loan: it has taken 4 days to post. I can't get a payoff to get rid of the loan (and the credit union) before 3-4 more days. So they will collect a few more days of interest. DO NOT USE THIS CREDIT UNION!! They will drive you nuts if you try to get anything done. Also the interest rate has been higher than I was promised initially. I will now have to drive several miles to a "sister" credit union who may or may not be able to help me pay this off. Alternative is to drive 30 miles to "their" branch. No excuse for inability to pay by phone or online in this day and age other than scoring additional interest from me. "In Touch" is really "out of touch"!!!!AGAIN--AVOID ITCU IF YOU CAN.

I had a problem with a credit card benefit from Intouch Credit Union and sent an email to their complaint email address. I expected a lot of pushback to resolve the issue, but the credit union and Chris O. were fantastic at resolving the issue. The next time I need a mortgage or other service, I will certainly keep the credit union in mind. Thank you!
