The store was a bit of a mess with product laying around, not on the appropriate size labeled Hangers, etc.

It's understandable–but still somewhat annoying–that the Amazon return drop is in the far southwest corner of the store, far from either entry door.
Otherwise the place is fine.

It's nice that there's still a dept store around and handy in the neighborhood. So much shopping is online, but sometimes you just need to pick things out in person.
