From imported olive oil and balsamic vinegars to lamps, chairs and bedding. Oh let's not forget the pet section as well.”
“My elderly mother ordered a coat online and needed to return it because of sizing. I visited this store for a return and from the time I walked through the door to the time I left with the refund, was about 12 minutes! Friendly, helpful, FAST and well organized. I was not looking forward to this trip but the staff eased the stress and made me a customer for life. No more online shopping at Kohl's - I'm going to the store!!!”
“I was at this store on 10-28-2025 and had an excellent experience. Terri was the cashier who checked me out. She was very efficient and professional. I had Kohl's Cash, coupons, etc. The checkout line was very long but Terri handled the transaction quickly.”

“I have lived in the Plano area for 25 years and have always had great experiences with this store. Recently, I was accidentally double-charged for a purchase. Mr. D’Angelo Davis, the store manager, promptly resolved the issue. He took my information and contacted me within 24 hours to fix the charge. Excellent customer service!”

“I visit Walmart regularly, but this time I had a wonderful experience in the fruits and vegetables section. I met a very kind and hardworking Turkish lady named Hatice Turkmen. She was incredibly helpful, guiding me to find everything I needed and making sure I got all my items on time. I truly appreciate her humility, professionalism, and dedication. “I was at Walmart vision center 2926 today and Natalia was awesome! Natalia, not only greeted me when I walked in! She was also, very helpful and personable! I had just been given a prescription from my Eye Doctor but didn’t know my frame width or anything! She answered all my questions efficiently, let me try on different frames , sizes , and colors! The experience was amazing! She helped me from the time I walked in the door til the time I left! I truly appreciate her! I’m now more confident than ever of what I want now and how I would look in them! Thank you Natalia for everything you rock! I truly believe you deserve a raise! Job well done!”

“I love shopping Walmart. It’s affordable. I remember when I saw my first Walmart. It was the year 1970. I was 10 year old. My family traveled to Arkansas during the summer. We pass through Bentonville Arkansas. It was before Walmart went public. In the 90’s I saw Walmart in Shreveport La. I was a single mom. It was affordable. I knew Sam Walton mission. Affordability. His family went shopping in an upscale high store. They were snobbed. Sam Walton was determined to complete with high end stores by making shopping affordable for everyone. I known about Walmart 55 years. I’m 65 now. I’m a loyal customer.”
“I recently had a wonderful experience at this Walmart, all thanks to an employee named Jesus. I had a small injury and he kindly and proactively offered me a Band-Aid without me even having to ask. It was such a simple gesture, but it truly made my day. It’s rare to encounter that level of genuine care and attentiveness from someone while they’re on the job. Jesus is a great example of what excellent customer service looks like — going above and beyond to make sure customers are taken care of. Thank you, Jesus! “Mostly clothing but actually a bit of everything. No real order to the clothing, sizes were all mixed up, nothing was on the right size hanger, lots of one off items,but the prices were incredible. $175 Van tennis shoes for $35. Only 1 in the size we needed, but it was there.
Home decorations, accessories, packaged candy and cookies. In short a bit of everything if you are willing to do some digging and don't want specific items.”
“I wish to warn the people visiting this store about certain people waiting outside the store to preach you about Jesus and his teachings ‘wanting’ to convert my religion. This happened on a Wednesday afternoon during busy hours and I hope the store takes some action against people who wait outside trying to make people uncomfortable. A lady stopped me as soon as I exited the store and reached out with a handshake with two other people and all started preaching.
I only went into the store for Amazon returns and i’m sure the store has a variety of products to offer with helpful and knowledgeable staff.”

Natalie, one of the behind the counter workers, was extremely patient and eager to help me and my elderly parents. “Just randomly went into Target to buy one thing & came out with a bag full of stuff. During my time in the makeup section I heard the self checkout manager guiding guests where they needed to go. He was super hospitable and had the best energy. I decided to go to self checkout because of that. He seemed to be so happy that it was contagious and made me feel good to be there (spending money) too lol! His nametag read “Michael” and I’m just here to say that man needs a promotion ASAP! ?? Thank you for making that target trip worthwhile.”

“One of the best Sephora experiences I’ve ever had. Silvia was so nice and helpful, she is the reason I would drive out of my way just to shop at this location. She was by herself and had many customers, but found a perfect way to balance everything. She is knowledgeable and very very helpful! I really enjoyed my shopping experience, and my bf says the same thing! Silvia was so patient, kind, and answered all of our questions with a smile!! Good job Silvia keep it up!! “I was visiting this amazing Walmart today and was really tired . I had my cell phone + money in my back pocket to buy groceries.I forgot about the money when I pulled out my cell phone out to pay for my meds . By the time I went to a register to pay for my groceries the money must have fallen out . I panicked of course . So I saw an attendant and signaled for him to assist me. I told him the situation and he was so patient and calm for a young person to help me delete some of my items so I can afford some of my items . Afterwards he went and got his managers to help me find my money . I thought it would have been a lost cause . But thank you Ivan and the pharmacy department who found my money and returned it . Thanks to you also Walmart managers who were right there to bring it back and thanks also for the young man who helped me unload my groceries into my car. You all are truly honest and exemplary angels .”
“The store has many of the necessary school supplies, but we spent a lot of time searching for items due to the lack of organization. However, it was not busy at the end of the day, which made it comfortable to gather what we needed. Overall, the store needs more organization and cleaning.”

“This grocery store is the best. There are people on the floor to help you. Store is clean and welcoming. Checking out the clerks unload your cart and baggers bag your groceries. Tom Thumb used to be my store but they run using a skeleton staff. No one is on floor to assist you. It's mainly 'check yourself out'. If you go to a line with a person you have to unload your groceries and put in cart. Service here used to be the best but now it's an upscale Walmart. Kroger is much more customer friendly.”

“Nice place to visit and find little trinkets and small things like decorated paper to write on and pens, dishes, toys, desktop utensils, organizers, Japanese dish items like food, candy. All the items in the store are made in Japan. Lots of items you wouldn't expect to find or were not looking for, stuffed toys, etc.. New items introduced daily priced very low.”
