This location and bank in general has been very helpful to our family. You can also utilize their fiduciary services for financial planning when looking for investment advice, as their fiduciary services are part of being a member.

Take you business some place else. The bank manager who I spoke to is rude and will not work with you. When I contact central customer service representative, they said there is a process to waive fees and it is upto the bank. The manager is unwilling to work with you even after giving business. They act like they are doing you a favor by giving you a checking account with some minimum deposit requirements. I can take my business other place

These people do not care about the people that have been with them through the buy outs since Plano Bank and Trust. It is so apparent when you talk to their customer service. It carry's no weight that you have been a customer for 40+ years.

Came to cash a check and was told they could not cash it due to my name not being wrote in the pay to part ...Marie Williams claimed to be supervisor but was not very nasty &rude .The member that wrote the check advise the bank could call him to verify he wrote the check .Also jalyss decides my signature on my driver's license looks different definitely racial profiling me .I'd never go to this branch again

I tried to cash a check with my business. I’m a signer on the account. Drawn in eyebrows (manager) wouldn’t cash the check because she was convinced the check was dated for the year 25 which was highly debatable because the signer sometimes has 3s that look like 5s…..honestly perfect example of little people little power. My business account goes back to 1981 and little petty stuff like this makes me want to switch banks. Very petty.

Their banking app is outdated, slow and clunky. They take a full day longer to process my paycheck than my coworkers at different banks. Their fraud detection is awful and will block payments every other day for purchases that aren't out of place at all, and then confirming the purchase wasn't fraud still doesn't allow the purchase to go through for another several hours. Customer service is useless too - they decline a raise on my card limit for no reason, then say I don't need my card limit raised to send large payments through apps like Cashapp or Paypal, then they declined all my attempts to send money through Cashapp or Paypal. Conflicting information from representative to representative, and of course theyre only open 9-5. How inconvenient. Y'all suck.

This bank was wonderful as Legacy Bank. Then, Prosperity took over and the customer service dropped, the online banking is miserable, and the only thing going for it is the convenience of being close to my house.I'm soooo sad that this bank has gone downhill.

Q? Why is the lobby closed on SATURDAYS? What if I need to come inside? What's the reason? Is this temporary or permanent? If permanent going fwd, then I need to change banks & withdraw all my funds. Been with bank since the merger. Legacy Tx never had this problem before the merger.

The customer service is bad in this location. I made an appointment and any Personal bankers attended us the day of the appointment in spite we added our names in the list. My husband and I tried to talk about a loan that we have with them but it was difficult to talk about it.

This bank has gone downhill since taking over from Legacy. At Legacy the bankers and tellers knew most of their customers and were friendly and efficient. Now we have long lines and little friendliness. I spoke to a banker last week about a charge to my account that was the issuer's fault rather than mine. I asked if the service charge could be removed since this is the first time in 6 years with this bank that I have had a problem. He promised to speak to the bank manager and get back to me and but did not do so. With Legacy promises were kept. With Prosperity promises seem to be used to placate until the customer forgets.

I loved this bank when it was Legacy but it went downhill the minute Prosperity took over. They cant even get address changes right. I am so done with them.

You almost never see a service business with this many negative reviews and most of the negative reviews have been after the bank was taken over by Prosperity.More shocking is that the waits and the time to do business with them is way under a business standard.Nothing is changing there no matter how much customers complain. What a shame.

I would like to give a negative star but that is not an option. I have been using this bank since it was Viewpoint and Legacy Texas and it was great. Now I am shopping for a new bank. All of the branches I have been to are seriously understaffed. Sitting in line behind one car at the drive through for 20 minutes is not acceptable - it is not an unusual occurance.

So I was with this company when it was Viewpoint Bank, Legacy Texas and now Prosperity Bank. For starters, the tellers are AMAZING. I have no problems with their customer service. However, the acquisition of this bank is leading to its demise. The call center is inundated with calls so it may take you a while to talk to someone. I never had this issue with Legacy TX. I am also annoyed that you have to pay $5.00 per page to have paperwork notarized. In the past, Legacy Texas would do this for free, if you were a customer. Ironically, I called Wells Fargo right down the street and they said it would be no problem and no charge even if I was not a customer. This tells me all I need to know.
