Went in looking to price a few things and ask questions. The things we were interested in they didn't have in stock. Asked when they would get more in stock and was told they didn't know. Then, I asked if another store had any and was told where the store was.

Knowledgeable staff helped me to understand my pool system better. Without even seeing my pool, they knew the neighborhood pools do well that we are to help me understand where the backwash filter should be draining (they were exactly right!)

The customer service is phenomenal. Even though it was nearing closing, Will was working on analyzing my water. Amazing
