Takara & Amy rock!! it was rainy and dark and Takara came outside to help me find THE LOFT store that is located upstairs outside of Dillards on the left. She showed me petite clothes that were on sale. Amy helped me put outfits together and then told me I can order & return online without paying shipping!!! LOFT clothes are really well-made and they always have a 30 to 60% off sale every day!

I drove over wasting my time and gas to return items with the receipt and tags on them. Because I didn't have the card that I paid with they didn't do my return.

I really like this location. Whether I make a large purchase or buy one item on sale, or simply browse, I am always treated the same. For this reason, I always drop in for a browse whenever I'm in this mall. The best thing about this brand is that their sizing is incredibly consistent.

Lindsey provided the best customer service I have received and you could tell she genuinely cared about the customer’s shopping experience despite how busy the store was. It’s good to know that great customer service still exist.

70% off clearance and today is the first Tuesday of the month so for Loft cardholders that's an extra 15% off. So 2 pair of pants and a sweater dress for $35 sounds real good to me.

It is disgusting! I have got several tshirt from online Loft. They smell like alcohol or I dont know what the hell is that. I dont buy it again nothing from Loft! I have had bad experience!?
