I really like this location. Whether I make a large purchase or buy one item on sale, or simply browse, I am always treated the same. For this reason, I always drop in for a browse whenever I'm in this mall. The best thing about this brand is that their sizing is incredibly consistent.

Lindsey provided the best customer service I have received and you could tell she genuinely cared about the customer’s shopping experience despite how busy the store was. It’s good to know that great customer service still exist.

70% off clearance and today is the first Tuesday of the month so for Loft cardholders that's an extra 15% off. So 2 pair of pants and a sweater dress for $35 sounds real good to me.

It is disgusting! I have got several tshirt from online Loft. They smell like alcohol or I dont know what the hell is that. I dont buy it again nothing from Loft! I have had bad experience!?

I am a very loyal LOFT customer, but my experience today makes me question whether that will continue. I brought in a few returns (about $150.00 out of a $500.00 online purchase). I missed the return deadline by not even a week. I asked for an extension due to the holidays, etc. The woman at the checkout said she would ask her manager. She went to the back and the manager didn’t even have the decency or respect to come talk to me, just told her associate to say no. The customer service here was absolutely horrendous. I don’t expect them to bend the rules for me but I do expect that someone will at least have a conversation. Very sad to lose a customer over a $150.00 transaction. I will not return to this location.

I really love Loft and their designs. I have been buying clothes from Loft for many years. They compliment my body type and I can wear them to work or to a party. I did not have a pleasant experience with this particular store in Willow Bend mall in Plano. On 29th July, 2019 (2 days ago), I visited the loft website at home and saw so much Sale! written all over for purchases online and in store. I had some time in my hands and decided to run to the store at Willow Bend. When I entered the store, I asked the lady at the counter where the sale items (which the website boasted about) were located. She pointed me to an area a little back of the store against the wall and told me these items were on sale. I spent a good 1.5 hours selecting clothes for myself, trying in the fitting room, and repeating this for the rest of the time. Once I was happy with what I picked, I went to the counter to checkout. While scanning my clothes, the counter lady (different one than the one who initially spoke to me) told me that two of the tops were full price! I was upset to hear that and I told her that I picked them up from the side of the store where all the sale items were, for which she responded, "Not all items there are on sale". I was like, what?!! She did not have an answer. I told her this is misleading to customers for which she still remained quiet. I mean I spent 1.5 hours of my precious time browsing and selecting clothes thinking I am getting a discount and then I had to drop them as I did not want to pay the full price on them. Is this a way to fool customers? So they just end up buying them anyways as their heart was set on it? I was upset and felt cheated. Very disappointed with Loft customer service
