“We have visited a few HBH locations in the DFW area and NONE compare to the quality and outstanding service than the one in Plano (off of Preston Road).Everyone was friendly, helpful and encouraged us all to try new items; including the broccoli casserole and sliders!Whenever we come to a HBH, no matter where we are in Dallas, we’ll be sure to come to this location and tell others as well.The line may be long on occasions, but well worth the wait.Please go find out for yourself.The Manager is very helpful and the experience is well worth it.”

“We have been buying our meats from the Plano location for years. They have the absolute BEST customer service and always take care of all your needs. If they don’t have what you want they will see if you can purchase online. I have had the delightful experience working with Sarah she is beyond amazing and puts up with all of my questions with no problems at all. I highly recommend asking for her if you go in. “I wonder if you have tried their barbacoa, which is a slow-cooked meat dish that originated in Mexico. It is usually made with beef, lamb, or goat, and seasoned with spices, herbs, and chilies. It is often served with tortillas, salsa, cilantro, and lime juice. Some people say that it is one of the most delicious Mexican dishes ever.If you haven’t tried it yet, maybe you can give it a try next time you shop there. I’m sure you will love it. ?”
“We had an amazing time at this restaurant. We went for our anniversary celebration and they had a small bouquet of red roses waiting for us on the table, what an amazing gesture! The staff was super friendly and very knowledgeable. I wanted something a little different than what was offered on the menu for the night and the staff didn't hesitate to accommodate me. We were shown our steaks before they were cooked and then we were able to see all the behind the scenes preparations and cooking which was really neat. The restaurant is small with only a handful of tables, but it was so charming and we felt like it made it all the more special. We truly felt appreciated just being there to dine for the evening. And the food was absolutely amazing!! Everything was plated so beautifully and we could see the care and pride they take in their food. We've been to many a nice steak restaurant and this one is by far the favorite. The steak tasted delicious, best I've had. The appetizer was delicious as well and my husband loved the Caesar salad with their homemade dressing. We will absolutely be coming back very soon!!”
