“From my understanding, I believed I was told on multiple occasions by phone that the process would be completed by November 1st, and not afterward. There was definitely a miscommunication, and I now understand where the misunderstanding occurred. My intentions were never to damage this company's reputation, but rather to express the urgency of the timeline and seek clarification. I acknowledge that my actions and words were not communicated in the right manner. I allowed my urgency of the matter to take over, and as a result I did not express myself as thoughtfully as I should have.
I’ve learned from this experience and will use it as an opportunity for personal growth and learning opportunity, ensuring I don’t make the same mistake in the future. Moving forward, I am committed to taking the necessary steps and actions to correct my error. I will begin by publicly apologizing for my words and actions as well as giving this company the review that they deserve.
For anyone reading this online, I would like to share some personal feedback about this company. SurScan offers excellent customer service; they respond to emails and phone calls promptly. Their employees are kind, respectful, patient, and they make every effort to explain your case as clearly as possible. “Maybe I’ve just gotten lucky, but I’ve been here twice as a walk-in and both times I received compassionate, professional service within 15 minutes of arriving.
They’ve never missed a vein, were very considerate of my needle phobia, and treated me with respect throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate how comfortable they made me feel.
I’d especially like to mention the kind gentleman who drew my blood—he was gentle, patient, and very reassuring. Because of this consistently positive experience, I will definitely continue returning to this location for my lab work.”
“The lady (Jbria) who drew my blood was fantastic. I was in for a fasting glucose 3 hour test and you were out of the glucose drink. Rather than having to come back she called her team lead and was able to leave and get the right sized drink for me. This took an exra 30 minutes but saved me a ton of time and I needed the test done for a Dr appointment next week. She really took the initiative and took care of me.”
