“From my understanding, I believed I was told on multiple occasions by phone that the process would be completed by November 1st, and not afterward. There was definitely a miscommunication, and I now understand where the misunderstanding occurred. My intentions were never to damage this company's reputation, but rather to express the urgency of the timeline and seek clarification. I acknowledge that my actions and words were not communicated in the right manner. I allowed my urgency of the matter to take over, and as a result I did not express myself as thoughtfully as I should have.

“Payton is the best! I've always had problems with blood draws coz my veins are small and the tech always has difficulty finding/getting the vein but Payton was such an expert and I hardly felt a thing.”

Only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because of the big lady at reception who was condescending to everyone I saw interact with her. Seemed like she was looking for someone to argue with her. Maybe she's just having a bad day, but it took a star off the rating.”
