“I wish I could give 10 stars!!! Hotshots helped us move to our new home, and they were WONDERFUL. It was pouring down rain on our move day, and they still did an expert and efficient job. We also had some difficult items included in our move--appliances and a very heavy piano--and these guys went above and beyond. They didn't scuff a single wall or damage the hardwood floors. If I ever move again, I wouldn't even consider another moving company! Highly recommend.”

“Coleman Allied moved me from Texas to Kentucky this month. The moving crew were professional and very easy to work with, they even had to shuttle my things to their truck from the house. The driver was accommodating so my 94 year old mother didn't have to meet them at my storage to accept the load and were able to schedule a day when I was able to be there instead. The move coordinators were in contact with me frequently to make sure everything went smoothly. They were not the cheapest mover but, I feel like I received top notch service. Im over 65 and it meant a great deal to me not to have to worry about anything regarding this move.”

“I don't normally deal with riggers for removal of items I purchase. I recently purchased several items at auction in San Antonio TX of which I was short on man power for loading. I was made an offer by MEI of which I accepted not knowing what to expect from them. I have to say it was the best money spent by me in a while. “I have three units here, and have generally been pleased with this operation. That changed over the past months. In May, I observed my unit door had been backed into, and wasn’t usable. I reported the damage to the District Manager. It’s been more than 60 days, and repair work hasn’t begun. I was told the door had to be replaced, but that’s about all I’ve been told. I was advised work was to begin yesterday, but no contractor ever showed up. My attempts to contact him have been unsuccessful, and the office locked. I understand delays happen.But I would appreciate updates. The unresponsive silence is unhelpful and aggravating.”
