“Why not a 5 star! Well I got there 30 minutes before they close so I would understand if they cannot do a job that fast but I was there to ask a question and I had my drawer to color match so one of their employees kind of rudely told me we’ll do it tomorrow so leave your stuff here and we will contact you when it’s done. So I was so happy that I can color match it and come back tomorrow. Next day I get a call to come to store to find out that they cannot color match. I only give 4 stars because the manager was super polite and friendly calling 2-3 places to find me a color coat.”
“I came in earlier this week to get some touch-up paint for my parents' home. Matthew was incredibly helpful and friendly. He efficiently mixed about 6 different paint colors and finishes for me and gave me guidance on blending the new paint onto older paint on the walls. My touch-ups looked great, and I could not be more happy with my experience. Nicely done, Matthew!”
“Needed assistance with a horribly stripped screw. Handyman in there named Steve helped me find and buy the right tools, went to the parking lot, and didn’t just tell me what to do but physically helped me with my problem. You do not get that kind of service from the big box stores, and it’s the reason why I continue to use Ace and a reason why I’ve given two difference Ace Hardware stores 5-stars.
They know what they’re doing and they are incredibly helpful.”

“Jessie went above & beyond to help me this morning! 5 stars for customer service! The paint/paint can I brought in this morning was old & had been discontinued. He called in to a supervisor to retrieve the “old” formula. After he did that, he offered to try to shake/revitalize my can (which was pretty full). Thankfully, the paint was resurrected! Jessie poured it into a new can (because the old can was rusting out) with the formula on a new label. I asked about the fee for the new can & Jessie said there was no fee! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Jessie was helpful, personable & patient!”
