“Stopped in because I was repainting my guest room and had no clue which finish to get. The employee explained the difference without making it confusing and matched my old wall color almost perfectly. Got everything done in one coat. Super happy with how it turned out.”

“Why not a 5 star! Well I got there 30 minutes before they close so I would understand if they cannot do a job that fast but I was there to ask a question and I had my drawer to color match so one of their employees kind of rudely told me we’ll do it tomorrow so leave your stuff here and we will contact you when it’s done. So I was so happy that I can color match it and come back tomorrow. Next day I get a call to come to store to find out that they cannot color match. I only give 4 stars because the manager was super polite and friendly calling 2-3 places to find me a color coat.”

“Was here twice in the last 2 days to take advantage of the April 30% off sale and purchased 10 gallons of their Emerald paint for a home re-paint. Sherwin-Willams paint is far better than what you get in a big box store. The best part of the experience is the Employees at this store who are very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous.”

“I love this store! I won’t shop anywhere else! The guys are not only very patient and helpful, but very knowledgeable. When I first started renovating, I went to SW bc I have a friend that used to work there and he had a discount. I happened to go into Benjamin Moore off 15th to ask some questions and this store is hands down the best ever with their customer service, their products, and their prices!”

“I came in earlier this week to get some touch-up paint for my parents' home. Matthew was incredibly helpful and friendly. He efficiently mixed about 6 different paint colors and finishes for me and gave me guidance on blending the new paint onto older paint on the walls. My touch-ups looked great, and I could not be more happy with my experience. Nicely done, Matthew!”

“Couldn’t be more pleased with my experience at English color. My car was repainted early 2000’s before my ownership and I had no idea what color since it wasn’t factory. I took a fuel door into the store and they were able to scan the paint and mix some paint for me within minutes. Excellent service and super knowledgeable staff. Very impressed.”

“Really great folks. Had an issue with a propane tank (which I understand is filled by a third party) and they made it right. Will absolutely keep doing business here.”

“Jessie went above & beyond to help me this morning! 5 stars for customer service! The paint/paint can I brought in this morning was old & had been discontinued. He called in to a supervisor to retrieve the “old” formula. After he did that, he offered to try to shake/revitalize my can (which was pretty full). Thankfully, the paint was resurrected! Jessie poured it into a new can (because the old can was rusting out) with the formula on a new label. I asked about the fee for the new can & Jessie said there was no fee! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Jessie was helpful, personable & patient!”
