"Help me, he did, from beginning to end"I was looking for the Grub worm pesticide. He did the research on their inventory and gave me 3 options. “I had a gallon of paint mixed that another store ultimately mis-matched. I took what little dried-up bit of the original I had left that was from my builder and the gallon that was wrong. These guys were so awesome and friendly. They said all SW employees should have helped to guide me better and continued to educate me on the process. They salvaged my dried up paint and matched it perfectly to a new gallon at no cost to me. “I feel bad that it seems several other customers have had such a bad experience but so far, I've been very pleased with the gentleman I've worked with. My only complains are that they close at 4pm! The other issue is they don't have sample size paint containers. I know you mainly work with contractors so the hours and sample size paint probably isn't an issue for those folks, but in order to serve everyone better, I do think closing even just an hour later and selling sample size paint would really help. Juat my two cents.”
