Well I got there 30 minutes before they close so I would understand if they cannot do a job that fast but I was there to ask a question and I had my drawer to color match so one of their employees kind of rudely told me we’ll do it tomorrow so leave your stuff here and we will contact you when it’s done. So I was so happy that I can color match it and come back tomorrow. Next day I get a call to come to store to find out that they cannot color match. I only give 4 stars because the manager was super polite and friendly calling 2-3 places to find me a color coat.”
“I came in earlier this week to get some touch-up paint for my parents' home. Matthew was incredibly helpful and friendly. He efficiently mixed about 6 different paint colors and finishes for me and gave me guidance on blending the new paint onto older paint on the walls. My touch-ups looked great, and I could not be more happy with my experience. Nicely done, Matthew!”
“Needed assistance with a horribly stripped screw. Handyman in there named Steve helped me find and buy the right tools, went to the parking lot, and didn’t just tell me what to do but physically helped me with my problem. You do not get that kind of service from the big box stores, and it’s the reason why I continue to use Ace and a reason why I’ve given two difference Ace Hardware stores 5-stars.
They know what they’re doing and they are incredibly helpful.”

Our new house had a few drywall holes they patched, painted the entire interior of our home and later in the summer we hired them again to paint the outside. “I was looking for interior paint to do retouches inside our home. I went to PPG and they had just what I needed. The customer service was superior and rep who helped me was very helpful. I ended up getting 5 gallons for a pretty good price and some tips when I’m painting. This is what I called great customer service and it’s best. I will be back for the other paint I need soon!”
“Jessie went above & beyond to help me this morning! 5 stars for customer service! The paint/paint can I brought in this morning was old & had been discontinued. He called in to a supervisor to retrieve the “old” formula. After he did that, he offered to try to shake/revitalize my can (which was pretty full). Thankfully, the paint was resurrected! Jessie poured it into a new can (because the old can was rusting out) with the formula on a new label. I asked about the fee for the new can & Jessie said there was no fee! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Jessie was helpful, personable & patient!”
“I'm remodeling the 2nd floor of my home in Frisco and my contractor has an account with this store. At his request, I visited several times and was helped by Demetrius. He was professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful in guiding me through the various paint products and a nice person to engage in discussion. With each visit he loaded up my car with the paint I purchased. I learned more about paint and their properties than I ever knew and feel confident I made the right decision.
