Oranda goldfish 7.99 what can I say, he is prettier than the show fish. Did my homework, cycled tank before I brought him home. Did the three day quarantine with prophylactic meds. Seachem products worked best. Peetee is vivid, personable and gorgeous

The store leader (Maricela) was rude the whole time we were at the store. She mistreats her associates. We said goodbye when we left, and she said it back in a rude manner. This is one of my favorite locations, and I wouldn’t want to go to another location due to one person.

Ashley Smith is more than an accomplished dog trainer- she combines Training with behavioral skills with dogs wanting to learn not because it’s what the pet owner wants. It’s learning through positive reinforcement brought to the next level. Zylan, my Afghan Hound, follows my lead in trick training based on the solid foundation Ashley laid for our training 2.5 years ago. I can’t overemphasize if you are looking to have a world class trainer , see Ashley!!!

Their fish selection is a little lacking compared to other locations (they don't have shrimp at all) but the livestock I've gotten here have been healthy. I've gotten aquarium plants here that are still thriving. Oh and I like the litter they have, Dr. Elsey's is reasonably priced and works great for my 3 cats. Staff is always super friendly at this location too.

This pet store has everything you can imagine, their staff was attentive and helpful without being a nucience. Their knowledge on animals needs work bad. I purchased a baby Leopard Gecko and no one told me they could get a bone disease from lack of calcium. Yes my pet passed in a bad way, crippled and could barely drag herself to her water. Their pets for sell were houses in not so great conditions and could tell they did not receive the required necessities they need in a close to their habitat enclosure. Fast checkout and friendly service.

The worst customer service. They have a lot of employees hiding from customers and ignore customers, on personal phone calls. Around 30 min before close, they like to remind you at least 3x that they that’s they are closing. I said “it’s 30 min til, but I’m getting the sense you want all customers out now and we aren’t welcome. I get it, I’ll just leave right now.” She just stood there back on her phone talking about plans that night ready to leave. There’s alot of options, I’d rather go to a place that doesn’t want your business and wants to close early.
