Beautiful displays and lots of inspiration. Half of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Most merch is available immediately. Well worth the drive.

Terrible customer service. Everytime I go to this Pottery Barn in Plano it takes forever to find any help. Then when you do get someone's attention, they never seem interested. You're on your own. Better off shopping online.
