“This review is based on the exceptional customer service provided by Craig Hammond at the Plano location of Relax the Back. I ordered a Travel Lite seat cushion over the phone to be delivered to my daughter who lives in Chicago. Craig took all the information he needed, but it was what he did after he got the information that was so impressive. The cushion was a birthday present for my daughter. I asked Craig if he could just put a note with the cushion so our daughter would know it was from “Mommy and Daddy with our love.” So, he took it upon himself to go to CVS to get a small card that he had his mother write and sign for us (he said her handwriting was better!). He timed the delivery of the package with UPS to make sure it would arrive as close to her birthday as possible but not a day later than her birthday. He kept me informed every step of the process! He sent me a picture of the UPS mailing label and the tracking number! My daughter got the gift a couple of days before her birthday and called us immediately to thank us asking only one question, “Whose handwriting is this on the enclosed card?” She enjoyed the story of how thoughtful Craig was to take care of literally every detail to make sure everything was perfect for her birthday. Thank you, Craig for your efficiency AND your thoughtfulness! Over and above service for sure!!”

“I needed some metal wire baskets that screw to the wall to organize and manage our internet router and security camera control. I did a Google search and the first one that popped up was the one At Home. The price was good and the description was good enough that I could tell it was what I needed. The last time I needed something similar, the items at Home Depot weren't an appropriate size.
So I headed to At Home and found what I needed.
I wasn't really prepared for just how large a store it was, so I did have to search. Their labeling on the store aisles could be a little better, but it wasn't a deal breaker.

“Kathy Adams Furniture is our go to place for fine furniture. They carry an array of colors, textures and style. The store is great, but its secret weapon are its designers. We worked with Fanchon to furnish our new home. We described our style to Fanchon and she produced a series of designs that blew us away. Each room had a unique theme, yet the whole house coordinates across all rooms. We were amazed and very pleased. She is a gifted designer and we highly recommend Fanchon and Kathy Adams Furniture.”

“I wish to warn the people visiting this store about certain people waiting outside the store to preach you about Jesus and his teachings ‘wanting’ to convert my religion. This happened on a Wednesday afternoon during busy hours and I hope the store takes some action against people who wait outside trying to make people uncomfortable. A lady stopped me as soon as I exited the store and reached out with a handshake with two other people and all started preaching.

He also was good at explaining the differences in mattresses and offering various financial options, and even with delivery of my final selection the price was under my top limit.
