“We had an absolute BLAST here!! Enjoyed an early leave from work to complete our team building event at Board and Brush and loved every second of it. We booked the Mini Workshop for 10 people and was VERY reasonably priced! It is BYOB so we were able to bring in food, wine, and seltzers. They are very organized and ready to get going once we were all there. We actually started about 10 minutes late as we situated ourselves and even went over our end time by 45 minutes!!! Nancy and Godi were so patient, never rushed us, and ensured our entire group of 10 girls were walked through every step of the way and comfortable in the process. We absolutely loved it! I cannot wait to book more events here!”

“I went to this site to pick up in person a repaired laptop shipped to me by Dell that required a signature
I missed the driver at the delivery address two days in a row (If the driver had knocked and rang both bells, someone would have answered pronto).
Anyway, the counterperson was firm about me not getting too much of a handle on the package in the process of checking for damage (Dell stated that if it's damaged and you don't call it out, your problem).
Funny that Dell sent nothing to indicate a guarantee period for the repairs and also would not ship back to me the parts that were declared bad, one of which I know worked when the laptop was packed up.
I recognize this is much about Dell as FedEx, but that's what happens when you choose specific business partners to the exclusion of others.”
